Can't believe what a disaster Brooke's first dance was.

I agree with everything. I voted for Cody as much as I could last night, but I think he might be outta there.

I didn't like either of Brooke's dances last night. I didn't 'get' the Salsa she did and thought they way over scored her- maybe to make sure she stays for the finals? In all fairness she was the worst of the night. I do believe that Cody will be leaving us tonight though. I like Warren but he isn't as good as Lance and Brooke (until last night).

I hated both of Brooke's dances last night. I thought her Salsa outfit was horrendous and the dance looked more like a disco to me.
I really liked Lance and Lacey's mambo.

ITA!!! Brooke's outfit was hideous.

I thought Lance did an awesome job last night - especially after losing his shoe!

Wow. between Brooke's first dance and the pants in the second (which I realistically know she did have control over but COME ON! string pants??) I was really underwhelmed. Normally she's great but she was just off for me. Does anyone else get the vibes that Julianne is really creeped out by Cody? I like them both but I think he's got some feelings for her that she doesn't return.

I thought the same thing. I had to skip over the therapy session where he broke down crying. That poor boy is going to take a lot of razzing for that one. I kind of like that he still seems like a kid. Too many kids that age that are in movies/TV gave up being a kid a long time ago.

Or he might have just been pulling out all the stops. He is an actor, after all. Maybe he thought, let's see if the waterworks will work on her! No, seriously - he seems like a really nice guy. I hate that he might go home tonight, but I think it is his time.

I think Cody is a cute boy. Not terribly mature, but sweet and nice. Goofy, too, but that's endearing IMO.

In fact, my teen dd and her friends have all been saying, "Where are all the boys like Cody?" They were talking about how they'd love to go out with a nice boy like Cody, how he'd be fun to be with. They said the boys in high school are not date worthy because they are sulky, negative, misanthropes. It's funny in a way, because their male friends are the Wills to their Graces . None of them date much and if they do, the date ends early because the guys ask them to put out within 30 minutes of being picked up.

So for teen girls, Cody is a catch.

Heck I'm 20 and I still think Cody is a catch...don't tell the boyfriend. I think my favorite Cody moment was when he was giving his post-dance interview and Cloris tells him to speak with a deeper voice.

Did you guys see that Cloris is in the hospital with pneumonia? I saw it on Comcast yesterday. I'mnot sure if she's been released yet.

I am NOT a L/L fan, but I Agree, they were GREAT last night!!! I really liked the Mambo outfits too- that kelly green and bright blue accent was cool.

Warren's dances last night were terrible. He really didn't deserve the high scores he got. What is with Carrie Ann? I gave all my votes to Cody since I thought he was way better than Warren and Kim, but the judges gave better scores to W&K.

Does anyone else think the kids' competitions are rather creepy? I can just see the boys in the competitions getting bullied at their middle school for being dancers.

I hope Carrie Ann is happy that her gushing over Warren gave that plodding faker the edge over Cody. Watching the review that they did about Cody's career on the show, he has grown a lot. Just his hair alone looked so much better.

I agree about carrie ann gushing over warren.
i don't think cody was that great, but really between him and warren , warren needed to go.
and I think Kim ( Warren's partner) at times looks uncomfortable with him. i don't know its just a vibe I get.

I personally love Lance/Lacey, have from the start, and if they don't win I am going to be like this

Apologies if this has already been discussed but has anyone else noticed the hidden Mickey in that very short video clip of the disco balls that they use when they segue from video clips of the dancers back to the live show? Given ABC is owned by Disney, I figure it's not a coincidence!

Lisa, that is so cool!

I expected Cory to go home even though I think he's a better dancer than Warren. For some reason he seems to get extra points for dancing well "for a big guy" while that actress from Hairspray didn't get the same consideration.

I have loved Lance and Lacy from the beginning and I am glad to see that Lacy's choreography is getting better. I still think that Brooke is the one to beat. She was given a "bye" this week, but she better go back to her A-game next week.
