I am just hearing things or does Brooke keep on asking Jacoby about "The Ballers"? Does she mean the other members of the Ravens? Is that an abbreviation of "Footballers" that I am not aware of?

I guess, just personally, I am not a fan.

I have always been rooting for my Country Girl!!!!
Her first routines were AMAZING!
But, she (and Derek) need to really step it up now, and work at 'connecting' with fans.

I was not a fan of Zendaya, at all... AT FIRST.
I was like, skinny little girl needs to let the real competitiors thru...
But, based on dancing ability... IMHO, she blows the others out of the water.
It is funny, she is out there, looking all poised and mature, with her hair done, and the outfits... and then, when she is talking on camera, you see that little-girl!!!!

Brooke is a terrible co-host. She has been butchering names (Peta = "Peter", Karina = "Karino") and half the time she looks like she doesn't know what is going on. I thought the term "ballers" referred to basketball players, but what do I know...I still get embarrassed for her every time she says it.

I've been rooting for Kellie & Derek from the beginning as well. She's an amazing dancer - who knew that she could dance so well?! I also agree, though, that she & Derek need to connect more w/ the audience. I wish they would show more of the two of them interacting w/ each other, because they're really kind of adorable. I like when Derek pokes fun of Kellie's accent. And Kellie really has a cute personality - I'm just not sure they're showing it enough.

And I agree about Zendaya as well. She's a very poised & mature dancer, but yet she's still got an endearing "little girl" quality about her. And I love Val!

Regarding Andy, I just felt crushed for him last night. I don't think I've ever seen anyone truly overcome like he was... he was outright crying & could barely hold it together.

Talent-wise, Andy probably was the next one to go. But, entertainment & heart-wise, Sean & Ingo (as much a I like him) could probably have gone before Andy.

I wonder if she realizes she is actually insulting Jacoby or at least his teammates, every time she says it:

A thug that has "made it" to the big time. Originally referred to ball players that made it out of the streets to make millions as a pro ball player, but now is used to describe any thug that is living large.

So she is calling Jacoby and his friends thugs...excellent...
