Got thru on the phone very quickly, same info...opens at 9am Eastern...though she did say it's supposed to be available to book on line as well.......

Was told that too, but I'm not so sure Disney IT will have the correct function set up to verify an AP in order to book.

And, the Disney site is down again! The saving grace is that in the past few years, I've had no trouble booking nights that I have wanted days after the booking window opened. So, not stressing.

Agree, everyone will get what they want. I think it's more that everyone has a million things to do which don't include calling Disney all day at the chance they decide to load the reservations. People have changed their schedules and simply want to get this booked and move on with their day.

I would think that as long as you can see your AP's in MDE and you book via MDE, it should work.....right????

You would think, but I find that highly unlikely.

Hasn't worked yet. Every time they offer an AP or DVC or other up-front discount or early booking on a dining reservation it has to be booked by phone.

We purchased APs but have not yet activated them. I only have a confirmation number, no individual AP numbers. Would they be able to look me up by that, or do I just need to wait until tomorrow to book?

You definitely don't need your AP number, they can look that up by your name and address which the CM did with mine this morning to verify I had an AP. Whether or not a confirmation number and AP voucher will have you in the right database is unknown to me. All you can do is try if you have the time.

I just got off the phone with them and they could book tokyo but that was it at the moment since that was all that was showing up. They are still saying 9 but she said to check later this morning.

Just called again - a few minutes before 9. No joy. Now the CM said try back in a couple of hours.

I've got things to do this morning, so I won't be trying again until after lunch. I'm positive everything won't be sold out even though our dates show NPH as narrator.

I’m going to wait until tomorrow too. Hopefully they actually post some details so I know what I’m booking. But if the way they approached the Food & Wine events is any clue, I’m not too optimistic. I think it took them several WEEKS after booking opened to post the details on some events!
