I know we have them here for Sony and Olympus, but I wondered if those who use Canon, Nikon, Pentax and Samsung (?) dSLRs would be interested in starting "official" threads for people who have questions related to those brands? (Actually, Pentax "sort of" had one, but I don't know where it went, or who the OP was - was it dcanoli? There was a lot of great info on there from Pentax users already, so maybe just changing the title and an update in the OP would suffice.)
It seems that users generally respond anyway, but it might make it easier if people want to see pictures, or find out information -a lot of times questions get just one or two responses, then fall off the page.
The long time Canon S3/S5 thread here has been really great for those users.
I don't think matters much who starts them, but it would probably be good to keep them up toward the first few pages, or possibly making them Stickies? Just a thought.
