We'll be staying at the BWI. Is there a way I could order choc strawberries from the boardwalk bakery? Would they deliver them to our room. Any other ideas? We're going to be celebrating our anniversary.

I got choc covered strawberries and the choc Mickey statue delivered to our room at the BWV by ordering them thru in-room dining. :thumbsup2

I have ADR's for the Hoop Dee Doo, Rose & Crown, 'Ohana, Chef Mickeys and Teppan Edo. Do any of these places do the custom cakes?

Why is $75 so outrageous for a cake that YOU want?
Sometimes it's a you get what you pay for situation......$25 for a cake is a steal for the basic so I see $75 as a good thing.

Outrageous because I paid NO WHERE near that 3 months ago when we were there. That's all. I totally agree that it's an "optional" thing but for $30 for decorations on cakes, it better be Mickey bringing the cake out...that's all! (considering in September I paid about $10 for an edible image on the cake)

Alright...an email popped in this morning just as I was checking my email from the Magic Kingdom Bakery. Here's what it says:

Lynn, for your party of six, you could order an 8 inch cake (feeds 8-10), all vanilla or all chocolate, on which you could have all three names. This cake is decorated with either confetti or floral design in your choice of colors for $32.00 plus tax and gratuity. Or, you could have 3 - 6 inch cakes (each feeds 6) on which we would put Happy Birthday ___________. These cakes are $21.00 ++ and also come in all vanilla or all chocolate. We also sell this cake with a marzipan picture of Mickey on it and it just says Happy Birthday. This cake can be ordered when you arrive at the podium of your restaurant.

If you wanted to go a bit larger with special decoration, then you could get the 10 inch cake which you can order in chocolate, vanilla, or marble cake with your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream frosting and filling. This cake feeds 16 people for $45.00 and we can put an "edible image" of one or more of your favorite Disney charaters for $30 extra.

We also offer a Mickey face cake (shaped like Mickey's face) for $48.00 ++ which feeds up to 10 people and comes in vanilla or chocolate. We do not write on Mickey's face.

Hope this helps! When you have decided, please call 407-824-7091 (The Magic Kingdom Cake Hotline) to place you order. We answer phones 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday only. We do need 48 hours prior notice to the date of your reservation. Of course, you may call to order anytime after making your dining reservation.

Please do not respond to this email since I will be on vacation within the next week . Anyone answering the cake line will be happy to assist you.

I plan on calling them back today on my lunch hour to see why the prices have went up so dramatically in the past three months and be sure to let you know what I find out. :goodvibes Just wanted to pass the email along.

Where do I call to order a mini castle cake to be served at 1900 Park Fare? Thanks!

407-824-2474. I just called the other day and ordered it! it is $30+ tax and not on the dining plan. I also ordered the Glass Slipper dessert from Cinderella's table it is $12.50 + tax and also not on the dining plan.

Are the mini cakes $25 each?

Also, are you paying when you call, or do you pay in WDW?

Has anyone done a cake with a picture of Cindy's castle?

Thanks

Hi, this may already have been asked & answered, but this thread is soooooo long. We'll be staying @ SSR in 3 weeks. Can I have a cake delivered there? What number would I call to order a cake?

no idea but I am sure they could....it is just a big white chocolate castle on top. I will be sure to take LOTS of pics!!

Yesterday I ordered the Slipper Dessert for our breakfast at CRT a week from Friday. I am so glad to have found this thread, my kids will be so surprised!

Yes they could IMO. I got one for DMIL (pics back on this thread and on my TR) and she shared with DS4 and DH (her DS) as well as ate hers. Now I guess I should add that my DH would have eaten the entire thing himself and not shared with anyone! :rotfl2: so it really depends. My boys (1 and 4 at the time) would have split one and Mommy would have gotten some no problem!:goodvibes

I am having a hard time getting anyone to answer the cake hotline at all to help me...is not givig me an option to talk to someone and the GF bakery said that they no longer allow people to order cakes from them ad then pick it up or have it delivered....

I am needing a large cake - enough to feed 12 people at Raglan Road on Dec 6th....I was thinking a soccer ball head mickey sice my son is celebrating his 18th B-day and a place playing for the #1 D2 soccer program in the states...so what more could he want...but how do I get one...I thought you guys would be the bst to answer any questions!
