lol yes that would help, he doesn't like chocolate cake, and he doesn't like lots of frosting lol his favorite is cheesecake, but I hate cheese cake as does a couple other people in the party so we won't go that route. RFC I booked the ADR through disney but it's not on the dining plan so I don't know if it is part of disney dining...

I would think that since RFC is owned by Landry's and isn't part of Disney dining that you'd need to call them directly. I'm not 100% though. Their website might offer some info.

I called the cake hotline number, and ordered it through them. I 'think' they put me through to the YC Bakery but I could be wrong.

Anyone have pics of a cake from OKW? It's my big 4-0 while we're at WDW, so I want a cake to celebrate! I love to get a cake and keep it in the fridge to eat during our trips...breakfast and evening snack! It's vacation!

So, I was wondering if OKW does good cakes? We will be eating our first night at ESPN, so I could stop at BW Bakery and get a cake...I know from experience they are good!

Then again I was thinking OKW would be more convenient to our villa for my eating pleasure!

What do you think?

You call the same I believe they will deliver to DVC but I believe you have to be at the room when they come but I'm not 100% sure you could call and ask. I usually order 1 week in advance they say 48 hours but I always give it a few extra days.

This thread has been so helpful! I'm wondering if anyone has had a cake delivered to their room though the Contemporary Resort bakery? Are they any good and can you request different flavors/fillings or do they just do standard chocolate cake/chocolate frosting kind of things? I'm just trying to figure out if it's going to be worth it to try and get a cake for our anniversary trip or not

My cake was extravagant but that is what my fiance decided - he made my 1st birthday with him very special! Thank you for the birthday wishes. Have a great trip!!!

Just got back and our cake at Narcoossees turned out AWESOME!
I'll post pics as soon as DH helps me offload them from the camera!
He was very suprised!

I think I´ve decided what I want, LOL. I actually think I might skip a cake at Boma and order one for 1900 Park Fare instead. It definately looks like they do the prettiest cakes.

I think I know what I would want it to look like. 8" round cake, covered with pink fondant, with a white chokolate castle topper on top and a standing edible print of tinkerbell. Possibly golden embossed Mickeys on the fondant.

The cake itself will probably be chocolate cake with rasberry filling (and or white chocolate mousse).

Any idea if this is possible and what it will cost me?

You do know that the Tinker Bell, if they can do it, will be much taller than the castle?

I think the little castle is only around 3" tall, and the white chocolate stand-up decorations are around 6-7" tall.

Not sure what you were envisioning, but wanted to make sure you knew the sizes.

We will be doing a scavenger hunt in the MK (where Tinkerbell sends us all on a treasure hunt) and I would love to end the day within the same theming

I would choose 1900 Park Fare. Seems to me that the prettiest cakes are made there

OH! I love the slipper "cake" and the castle! Bummer we aren't going for ADR's at GF. Does anyone know if there's a "special little cake" at Cape May or Tutto? It's actually going to be for my birthday (is it tacky getting yourself a b-day cake?) anyway.... It'll be just my son and I and I don't need a HUGE cake...kwim? Any suggestions? (we are also having dinner at LTT and WCC, and lunches at CP and Mama Melrose) TIA!

I have been trying to get this right. I believe Crystal Palace Doesn't offer Cakes (could be wrong), but 1900 Park Fare would be perfect because it's in the Grand Floridian which offer amazing cakes. (just feel like this was a test question and Im not certain if I answered properly).
We have been trying to get res for Dec 13th at 1900 Park Fare so I can order a cake. Plus we get the monorail ride which is nice. I want cake everywhere, but DS's bday party is the weekend before we leave. We are going to be caked out!

I have just tried to use the email address posted on the first thread to contact disney about having a design put on a birthday cake I would like for my son's birthday, and it has came back as a failed delivery. So I wondered if anyone had another email address for them at all?
