Do you have any other fun summer or vacation plans coming up this year?

We already went on our annual trip to Gulf Shores Alabama. So the only trip we have planned is our August Disney trip which the kids think we are going on another beach trip.

Living in an election swing state, I have to say I will NOT miss the horrible political attack ads from both sides that are constantly running in Ohio. Looking forward to escaping from those next month

We are going to look into DVC when we are down there! I think it would be worth it for our family!

DVC is definitely worth it if you go to WDW once a year or more.

my friend just sent me a picture of DD's Lilo dress. It's so cute! It's dark pink instead of red because DD is more a pink girl (read: total pink & purple princess). Hope it works- this is my first attempt at posting a pic.

Do you have any other fun summer or vacation plans coming up this year?

The only thing we have planned that is fun is that we are members at our local pool. The kids and I spend 3 days out of the week there trying to get nice tans for our upcoming trip in 39 days . Unless something comes up unexpectedly, then I would say we probably won't be really doing anything until our trip. This past weekend we took our girls to an indoor water park resort for 2 nights (it was my DD9's B-day weekend and we took her there instead of having a party), and then in June my kids were visiting their grandparents who live 3 hours away for 2 weeks, so during one of the weekends, DH and I decided to do a spur of a moment trip to Disney which we have not yet told the kids and we probably won't either .

Who is doing photo pass? I was considering a share on another board but I am apprehensive about sending my money to a stranger and them having control of my photos online. I have a great camera and CM have taken some great pics with it so I hesitate to spend the $. Last time we had 8-10 pics on photo pass cards. Iseem to never see PP CM and I have never seen in any trip thise special magic shots. I think many of them I have seen of other families are not great anyway.

We always pre order the cd. We started doing it on our honeymoon. It's great when it's just two people! It does seem like a lot of money but when you look at how much just one or two photos cost, the cd is a great deal. Luckily this time I have some family that will coincidently be there at the same time so we're going I share.

QOTD #2 A Disney phone ring tone on my cell phone? I don't even own a cell phone. I spend 12 hours a day at work and the other 12 at home if I'm not at one try me at the other therefor I don't need a cell phone. I do have a ton of Disney music and podcasts on my iPod.

We're the same way! No cell phones but we have 2 iPads and an iPod between DH, DD4 and DS6. With lots of podcasts including disboards, disdads for DH, etc...
