Count our family in on April. I

My DH, 2 DD's, my sister, her 2 DS's and my momma.

We're staying at the SSR Treehouse Villas March 30th-April 6th.

Our first official day (Sunday) we are going to MK for EMH. We plan to do as much as possible in 1 hour and 50 minutes and then head to the Barber shop for my nephew's first haircut. Then we're probably going to head out and go to another park since we heard Easter at MK is going to be CRAZY....maybe head to AK? Any suggestions?

TIA

See y'all in April :)

My dad and I went to the MK last year on Easter (we got there for 7 am EMH) and it really wasn't that bad at all. I think we stayed until around 1:00 in the afternoon but we had done pretty much all of the major attractions by 10:00. And actually, I'm pretty sure we went to the Animal Kingdom that afternoon! We always like going to DAK in the afternoon because it closes earlier and it seems like most people leave after the parade.

We're looking at 24 inches today....I'm home with the girls because school is closed. This should be a good day for some Disney planning, spreadsheet tinkering...:goodvibes

Bring it, little guy!!! Stay warm!!

We ended up with 28 inches and amazingly didn't lose power. tTrying to figure out where to put it all when snowblowing is a challenge.

We didn't lose power either, thank God!!! But, it's a heck of a lot of snow! :crazy2:
I couldn't believe it when they said less than 60 outages. PSNH has been stepping up their game the last few storms. Now they do the automated phone calls before the storm rolls in also.

i posted this on the Restaurants board but IDK how much traffic that gets and maybe some dining experts here would know. I iwll c&p:

Which of these meals should we pay OOP for? (least expensive)
I've made 8 ADRs and will only have 6 TS credits so I figured i'd ask here before I start going to every single menu and adding up prices. There will be 2 adults/2 kids (if that makes a difference).

Chef Mickey's -- Dinner
Akershus -- breakfast
Biergarten -- dinner
Cape May -- dinner
Tusker House -- lunch
Be our Guest -- dinner
Boma -- breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern -- dinner

Liberty Tree Tavern

Booked an ADR for the Aloha show at Poly for Wednesday night!!!! We got Category 1 so hopefully we will have good seats. We are going to the 5:15 show....do you think we could tour the resort and watch the fireworks afterwards from there? Or is that a strict no-no?

Count me in, I'm making my April trip official this week. I'll be going to WDW to celebrate my birthday (4/16) with my husband. We'll be there from 4/13-4/17, excited for the trip and being able to spend my actual birthday there! I think we're going to splurge to stay on site and stay at Pop Century. :cool1:

Liberty Tree Tavern

Nope!!

Pay out of pocket for Tusker house lunch and Boma breakfast!

You got half right......

I entered them all into that dining plan spreadsheet calculator thingy, and Boma came out cheapest at $72, followed by Be our Guest at $76. Of course, who knows what we'll order at BoG....the others are easy b/c they're all buffets. Next cheapest after that was Tusker House lunch.

Epcot is the best park to be in when the parks are crowded. It handles crowds well. AK feels crowded even when it isn't because of how it is designed.

yeah guess it really just depends on what you order at BOG. We dropped that one...the food was not looking great to us..:worried:
