Magsmom - I didnt use any code - just asked for Fl Res or AP. She was kind of slow at looking like she was new at it.

Is it normal to be on hold for 45 minutes? I put in for existing ressies, did I make a mistake?

I just got off, no codes for Jan 15-19 at the Poly, according to my CM. She did say to keep trying, they are expecting them soon.
 
Hawk, you're going in "peak season" as we are. Hope they offer AP rates to us !!!!!
 
No yooperfan, hang in there. I was on the phone for 55 minutes but everytime you call you get alittle bit more information than the last time. :wave2: :wave2:

Maybe you will be the lucky one and get the AP rates.
 
Nope, just got through. None for Feb. CM said marketing dept. sets up AP rates/dates with "no rhyme or reason".

Can somebody tell me if I can realistically expect them (or even hope for them) in peak season, Feb 20-25?
 
No such luck! My husband is in retail sales and is working a 67 hr week, on commission. To top things off, Thanksgiving morning the milk was frozen in the fridge, the DVD player started freezing up, and we lost our water supply. I was hoping to put some magic back in his week. What time in the morning do you start calling to check for rates and does the Disney Club get the rates at the same time?
 
so the official count is two people with AP rates?

that's ok, i've learned to stay on the phone and study for finals with this whole process

Poly princess - Do you remember the name of the CM who gave you the AP rate? Just curious to see if we got the same person.

WDWgirls- the first time I called I talked to a woman named Frankie, and the 2nd time was a man whose name I don't remember, but he reminded me of Dan Murphy in his voice!

afsi- The computers were running *really* slow, but it didn't take them long to find the rates.

I'm back on hold, going to see if I can add one more night, so I'll see if I can get any info for you guys!
 
Just talked to Oscar at WDW Travel (50 minutes on hold), he said AP rates weren't out, BPI doesn't work, but it does sound familiar to him. He said that they hope AP rates will be out later this week.
