We leave tomorrow for WDW. I'm so excited to finally eat at Cinderella's Castle! I'm hoping to have time to run to the barber shop and get my DD8's hair done. It's cheaper than BBB and doesn't require an appointment. Though I waited an hour and a half for my DD2's first haircut there.

I'm jealous Enjoy your week! I hope to have dvc in years to come.

Seriously, I'm jealous of you people going in December. I love it there that time of year, but my husband can't vacation in the winter due to his job so we are going in October. Of course, I'm happy that we are going at all (it's been 3 years) and we are staying at POFQ (my favorite moderate) thanks to a 40% off code I got in the mail. I miss my yearly trips, but I happily make these sacrifices to stay home with my girls (of course, after being trapped inside for 3 days with both of them sick, I am almost nostalgic for my days at work )

We're going to WDW in less than 1 month! I rented points so we are staying in a studio at the Beach Club. I am hoping to convince my DH to buy into DVC this trip. He did actually bring it up that he wants to check it out while we're there.

Gee I am old. When i am talking about favorite players and they are of that era. Then I am old....

Yeah...Dolphins fav team...Dan Marino favorite player....#1....Billyp was taken so that was the next obvious choice.

I have a Marino Shrine on my side of our bedroom...wife hates it so therefore I love it more....

I always figured your name had something to do with Marino. As a long time Bills season ticket holder I won't hold it against you! My husband has a lot of Bills stuff in the family room, I let him have it since I have my Mickey stuff all over the place.

I think the contemporary would be cool for the simple fact that the monorail goes through it...that's it. The outside design does not appeal to me.

I am not impressed with the Contempory. I never stayed there but the pictures I've seen of the room are not what I would want to stay in.

Dan's in the lead. I have a ways to catch up with ya'll but it won't happen.

My drink of choice is the Tangerine Daquiri in Morraco. We arrive on Sunday the 27th and since we are staying at the Beach Club it is a very quick walk over for me to get one!

Mexico Pavillion in Epcot. I havent had one but heard they were great. I prefer the beers at the Rose and Crown in Epcot

Me too, I am keeping my fingers crossed. We will most likely buy resale if we do buy in. I want either Beach Club or Boardwalk.

DVC is so far in the future for us that I don't know the cost and I'm not sure I want to know. That may prove to me that it'll never happen. I know my husband would rather have a beach condo though. We may have to compromise

Maybe we can all get together and have lunch or something. It will be My wife, 2 boys and I. If you dont have young kids i wont burden with that as they are, well brothers who like to pick at each other. If you want to meet up we can see what schedules look like when we get plans finalized. If not I wont hold it against ya....

I've got 2 dd's. One 4 (5 at the time of trip) and a 6 month old (15 months at time of trip.) I know all about the picking. My 4 year old tries to bug the crap out of the 6 month old but she takes it all in stride. Drives the 4 year old crazy sometimes!

Yeah, we'll see what our schedules look like. We've got cruises planned for May so after that I'm sure the planning for WDW will pick up. I know we are going to MVMCP but that's the extent of planning at this point.

You should give cruising a try sometime soon. It's great. Your boys would have an absolute blast and you and the wife would get a bit of downtime too. It's perfect.

Dh is like that with Boomer Esiason. He bleeds black and orange Cincinnati Bengals. We got dd4 a Dolphins cheerleader outfit for Christmas. She says they're her favorite team. We do picks each week and last season dd always picked the Dolphins even though they hadn't won a game. It was funny.

I've stayed at the GF and I didn't like it, I felt very out of place. Poly is my home, we're trying Contemporary this year though so I'll get back to you on that.

We stayed at the Contemporary in 2005 before it was refurbed and loved it even then. I'd love to stay there after. Being able to walk to MK was heaven.
