I think Nikko resembles Bobby Brown too much. The judges mentioned this but he didn't try to change his appearance. And really why should he have to?

I think they said that about Travis actually...too bad, I thought he was a cutie. couldn't rival the others in talent though.

I was a bit surprised that Amanda went.. thought she would have had the "guy" vote--- but her performance last night was only so-so. Glad that they finally voted off that little Janay.... yuck-- couldn't STAND her attitude! The guys went pretty much how I thought they would. For me it was a toss up between Scott and Nikko, but I think that Scott has been more consistant throughout the competition and has a great voice, even if he doesn't move too well. I loved Nikko singing "Georgia" last night, but maybe it was too little too late.

Too bad they couldn't get rid of Mikayla instead of Amanda... then the top 12 would be perfect! I don't know if I can sit through another botched Barbra Striesand number... or listen to her Fran Drescher talking. She just irritates the heck out of me!

My favorites are Anwar, Bo, Anthony, Jessica, Nadia and Vonzel.

Has anyone heard what next weeks theme is going to be?

I was disappointed that they kept Mikalah & voted off Amanda. I thought Mikalah did horrible last night!

Favorites for me: Anwar , Nadia & Vonzell.

I know there was some talk about Anwar's hair - I love it! (& I'm as white as can be!)

Amanda had my "guy" vote, not necessarily because she was the best singer, but....

Overall, I'm not surprised by much. A little disappointed that Mikalah made it.

I gotta admit that I was against Anwar from the beginning, but he is starting to grow on me. He has a good voice, but I think he's ruining classic songs.

Anyway, at this point, I'd love to see a final two with Bo and Nadia.

I think Nikko should have made it through to next week. I was really bummed to see him go. More because he is from STL though.

I am THRILLED that Janay is gone.

I haven't heard anything about next week.

I wish it wasn't 6 and 6. I think that Nikko definitely should have been in the top 12 over Lindsey. How she made it this far, I do not know. My vote is for her or Scott to be going home next week.

I'm surprised that Nikko was voted off! I thought that he was pretty good. The others don't surprise me though.

All I can say otherwise is GO BO!!!!

I was hoping Constantine would go...I think he is very smarmy looking, he just doesn't do anything for me. I would have lliked to see Nikko there instead. I am very happy with Scott making it through..I really like his voice. This year will be tough to get a favorite...lots of good ones this year.

I was glad to see Janay and Travis go. I was disappointed that Nikko was voted off though. I think Constantine should have been gone instead. I was thrilled Scott made it though. And I think most of you know that I can't stand Mikalah so I was pretty disappointed (understatement!) to see her make it to the top 12. Amanda should have made it over her. And I thought Dh was going to cry when he realized that his eye candy would not be there next week. Poor guy...whatever will he do? Oh, yeah, he still has Carrie to stare at. Somehow I think he'll manage! I am definitely hoping Mikalah will be gone next week.

My dream final would be Anwar and Bo-- with Anwar winning... with Anthony 3rd, Nadia 4th, Jessica 5th and Vonzel 6th... Although I doubt anyone left will have much of a problem getting a recording contract.... well, except maybe Mikayla.

I am soooo excited about the top 12! This is the first time that I love almost all the finalists! I can honestly say that I like (if not love) all of the contestants, except for maybe Scott.

My six favorites are Anthony, Bo, Mario, Carrie, Mikalah and Lindsey. I wasn't really worried about the first 4 making it, but I was scared that Mikalah or Lindsey might have been voted off.

And this is the first time that I got everyone right that was voted off. I said that it should be Janay and Amanda for the girls, and Travis and Nikko (or Scott) for the guys. So everyone that I wanted to advance did. I can't wait for next week!!

I definately thought Amanda and Nikko should have stayed over Mikalah and Constantine.

A little disapponted but not surprised. Nikko was much better than Constantine last night but I suppose he has the teenage hormone vote...

Amanda was also a better choice than Mikayla, I guess she appeals to more. I know my male friend loves her, well.... no surprise there, she's very similar in personality to MOI! (but I can sing better... many can!)

The top 12 are a great group nonetheless, the best so far! I'm kind of glad Constantine and Bo are still there, proof that they do want a "different" or "unique" look.

I'll bow out of the Keith and Anwar talk. I'm finding it HYSTERICAL!!

I was a little nervous for Anwar. I just KNEW he was getting in, but to do that to him.. NOT FAIR.

I was hoping Constantstink would go. I wish they switched Amanda with Mikalah. I was happy with the men choice, although I secretely wished it was Scott instead of Nikko.

I agree. The guys are ten times better than the girls IMO. Thre are a few talnted girls, Nadia, Carrie, Jessica and Vonzell. The others should go home in the next few weeks. All of the guys have talent-even the ones that got booted. I'm sorry for Nikko and Travis. Both were wonderful and could have added a lot to the competition. Mikaliah should have went instead of either of those two guys.
