Just wanted to add I'm so glad Simon made the comments last night about people leaving who blame it on not getting enough "camera time". That doesn't sit well with me either. So far I haven't seen anyone leave who really deserved to stay.

Who was he referring to when he said that? I don't watch the results show. Now enough VCRs for Wednesday nights.

Last week it was Joseph Murena who said that but he wasn't the first one. I can't remember who said the same thing before him.

It was Melinda, the first person voted off who stood there stunned and whined about camera time. First I thought she was going to deck to Ryan and then after she kept going on and on about not getting an exposure I just wanted to deck her myself to get her off the stage!! I'm with Simon on this, it's up to YOU to get yourself noticed, not the camera.

Constantine- I adore him. I totally agree that he is not by far the best singer in this competition but he has the total package. I love the way he can stare down a camera when singing and then look like a scared little kid the next minute at judging. But Constantine.. DUDE! STOP PICKING SUCH HARD SONGS! He has GOT to lay off the challenging vocals a bit and showcase his style more. Lets face it, Seal, Sting, oh man my mind draws a blank on last week.. Spin Doctors? NOT easy acts to reproduce. Since they are such originals, you end up looking like a poser in the end. I think he has Sting quality though.. not a fantastic singer but there is something about him, just like Sting. I don't think he will win but I bet this won't be the last you see him. I'd buy his CD.

So well put. I completely agree. He's the first person that's been on American Idol that I ever actually considered buying the CD he makes.

I love his camera presence. There is just something incredibly sexy and sensuous about that man.

I'm looking forward to when Bo lets the stylists have their way with him. Not to change him too much but just do something with that danged hair and clothes. Then he'll really be unbeatable.

I really like Travis... he is a cutie and seems like a lot of fun but it is becoming more and more painful to watch him - he's got to go. Then the other Bobby Brown impersonator. Since Simon said that last week, that's all I can think of when he sings.

I heard a Rob Thomas/Matchbox 20 song on the way home and thought it would be perfect for Constantine to sing...don't know the name of it, but I think it's new.

Jumping in here... I don't know if is me or my tv, or what, but I can't believe that the judges thought Constatine was good last night. I thought he as just awful, all out of key... horrible. I think him and Travis should go.

I'm another who just doesn't get the Constantine attraction. He's fine if he just stands there with his mouth closed but as soon as he talks or sings or smiles...yuck!!!!! He's my least favourite of the remaining.

I like Bo all the way. His weaker performances are head and shoulders over most of the others' best performances IMO.

I don't want him to change his style either. He is a rocker and looks like a rocker and should remain that way if it suits him. He shouldn't change just to look like another pop artist.

Scott -- song sounded good, but the dance moves... lets just say he should stick to singing.

Bo -- that man can sing to me anytime he wants! He did a really nice job and has such a great stage presence!

Anthony -- glad to see he can do uptempo too. Although he is not a Latin rocker by any means, he did a good job!

Nikko --ah "Georgia". He did a great job, and made it his own. Very well done... he has definitely kicked it up a notch!

Travis -- sadly, I think this is his week to go. He is more of a danceman than a singer, anyway.

Constantine -- I like him, but hated that song. This time I have to agree with Simon... it was a not so good imitation of Sting. He has the teen vote, though! He won't be going anywhere this week.

Mario -- fantastic making an old BeeGees classic his own. I know that I would buy it, were it released, like Clay's "Bridge Over Troubled Water." He took a chance, and it paid off!

Anwar -- oh my GOSH!! I had to rewind and listen to him again. What sweet sounds were coming from that mouth last night. If it were up to me, he would be MY next American Idol. He just "has it going", and as Simon said, it wouldn't change him one bit... and I think they need someone with that!

Sadly, I think that Scott and Travis will be leaving us on Wednesday.

Wonder if the girls will step up to the plate as well as the guys? I just don't think they have the depth of talent and will be kicked off one by one once the guys and the girls merge.

I thought Constantine didn't sound good last night either.

Maybe if the combined the singing of Scott and the dancing of Travis they would have something!!!!

Why? That is why Bo is so unusual in a good way. He LOOKS like a rocker... why change that? That is Bo's persona. He is gorgeous and not cookie cutter like some of the rest of them... Mario, Travis, etc. Bo has been GREAT for the show to let people know that American Idol can be ANYONE's American Idol... not just those that are clean cut. Why change him?

Definitely! I feel exactly the same way. Constantine sounded off key to me (as he usually does), and I think he has a weak voice. He's not nearly as good as he seems to think he is.

Travis needs to be voted out NOW. I completely agree with Simon that he is a dancer first and a singer second. When people start to dance around way too much, I close my eyes to see if their voice is still good. His is horrible, and it annoys me that he is using choreography to cover up his lack of singing ability.

I thought Constantine was bad too. I think he and Travis should definately be the ones to go.

I am not a a big fan of Rockers, but have been consistently impressed with Bo.

I think that this season actually has the potential of having everyone in the top 12 able to sing and perform - something that can't be said for the other seasons. I will be disappointed if Constantine makes it through - because I think he is a definate weak link.

I'm :rotfl: on the Constantine haters here. DH would love y'all, he calls him Constantskeeve. :p

I don't necessarily drool over him, but I do think he is a nice looking guy who knows how to work the camera. His singing is what leaves me cold, I just don't think he can measure up from a talent standpoint.
