"Official" 2025 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Just booked a last minute trip for Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate my 40th. So excited to be there for my birthday! I plan on calling daily, but what are the chances of being able to get tickets to a sold out date? Looking for 11/28.
I just had success an hour ago for November 21, so keep calling. 😃 Good luck to you!

Another question: were they handing out minis MM’s candies in a plastic container? I have watched 2 bloggers channels and they are talking about this candy.

That’s awesome! I am hoping to pick up tickets for Thanksgiving week too. I’ve been checking online since I’m sure people are cancelling, but didn’t think to call. Does everyone think it is better to call? Maybe they won’t release them online if people cancel? We could do the 25,26 or 28.

The guest service rep told me they won’t show online because once there’s a cancellation, they are typically then purchased on the same day… so no need to constantly update their website. Therefore she said calling is the only way to obtain tickets from a cancellation.

Does anyone know what party experiences are available from 4-7? I know the Santa Jack and Sally meet and greet starts right at 4, does anything else?

Another question - what time do they start distributing the wristbands inside the park? Is it also at 4pm?

Yes - call because availability will not show up online for openings for sold out dates. We had to move our tickets from a sold out date to one that was not sold out and I was asking the CM about the process since there were now our 4 tickets available for the sold out date. I was told that the tickets we just transferred from the sold out date would not update online and show availability, but instead if someone wanted to claim all or part of the new availability/tickets, they would have to call in. Good luck!

I’m totally blanking on previous years’ parties… is Photopass included during the party or is it a separate purchase?

ETA: I researched more and it does look like a separate purchase.

I got extremely lucky yesterday after calling about cancellations for Thanksgiving week. I called multiple times Monday and Tuesday looking for openings the 25,26, or 28. At one point they had the 23rd but we are at Universal that night and I didn’t want to drive over from there.

I called yesterday for the 5th time right as I was leaving work and I was able to get tickets for the 25th! So excited. We weren’t going to go this year since we have been before and my favorite, Thunder mountain is closed. But once I started seeing the food guide and the red truck ornament/popcorn but I started having major FOMO.

I’m so excited! I was feeling kind of meh about our plans, but now it’s coming back together and I’m very happy we are going.

We are going for the first time 11/26. I’ve been watching past videos (vloggers like earscouts, paging Mr morrow, Tim tracker), allears and Dfbguide to plan. It’s going to be crowded but hopefully not too cold (forecast keeps changing). We have BBB at 4:15 pm so we have to start from our resort around 2:10 pm.

Happy planning!

Has anyone heard if they are going to add additional cookie stops with different cookies? Last year we went a week before Christmas and they had 3 extra stops. They handed out the Snickerdoodle, Sugar cookie with buttercream frosting with peppermint smashed candy on top and Chocolate chip cookie. Could it be too early?

If anyone was hoping that Brooks would be releasing a Run Merry edition this year (for your fun holiday footwear needs), they aren't doing one.

I hear what you are saying but I just went to see if I could purchase a single LL for 5pm on a party day (we have party tickets) and it looks like I was able to. I didnt go through with the purchase because I didnt want to not be able to use them

They are handing out M&M tubes. But I haven’t heard of additional stops.

I ordered Cheryl’s vegan cookies for my son and the marshmallow chocolate cookie is delicious.

I'm trying to make a plan for our group that includes a 2 and 4 year old. Does anyone think this plan will work well/ any tips? We really want to get a spot right in front of the castle on curb for the parade/ stage shows. My biggest question is What time do you think we need to get there to have a first row curb spot?

5:30- Enter Magic Kingdom
6:00- Get in line for Mickey & Minnie OR get group pictures in front of castle & head to Tomorrowland dance party location to wait for it to start (OR should we just go straight to in front of the castle to get our stage show/ parade spot?)
7:30- Get a spot close to the front of the castle for Mickey's Merriest Celebration that will double as Frozen Holiday Show and Christmas parade spot
7:40- Mickey's Merriest Celebration
8:15- Frozen Holiday Show
8:30- Parade
9:15- Tomorrowland Speedway, Tea Cups, Storybook Circus Area
10:00- Watch fireworks from behind the castle or maybe in front of castle in a not great spot we can grab last minute
10:20-12:00- Whatever else...Cookies, Rides, Characters etc.
