Here are the times for the very first party on Nov 7th, from the Disney website...I would expect these times to carry through all parties.

Well it looks like Disney may have finally listened to some feedback. We are going in a couple weeks and didn’t get party tickets this year. We’ve done it twice in the last few years and unfortunately it’s just the same thing year after year and we didn’t think it was worth the cost. Well watching some videos of this years events it looks like they may have finally started adding more things. The new cookies look like straight upgrades from years past. Free pretzels, icee samples, fruit punch, mini m&m tubes. It’s nice to see them adding additional freebies. Now if they could do something more with ride overlays, even just simple easy things, I’d go again in a heartbeat.
