"Official" 2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Question: The first pages of this thread say the parade is at 8:15 and 11:15. But my touringplans app is telling me the first parade is at 9:15.

Anyone know which of these is correct?

it's 8:15 (Disney announced it a couple of months ago)

Last year was the first year the parade was at 8:15. It used to be 9:15. This year? They haven’t announced official times yet.

Disney announced that there would be a parade at 8:15

we will most likely lightly snack through it and not plan on eating 'a meal' during the party.

This is what I always do. Food is just never a draw for me, the savory offerings are always kinda meh to me and I would rather spend time actually doing things, I feel like I never have enough to do everything I want anyway.

Last year when we were at the Grand we went over to 'Ohana and had dinner before hopping the boat over for the party. We ended up doing ice cream or w/e later on at the party. This year I'm at CR specifically for the party and I'm just eating at Steakhouse 71 before I head over. tbh I'm more impatient for the Food & Wine menus than these lol.

We want the tots, hand pie and donuts. I'd also like to try the spring rolls and beignets.

So far I know I want the loaded jalapeno ranch tots, the garlic/parm chicken strips, the Sally raspberry cake pop, maybe the masa flatbread, mini pumpkin churros and still reading... 😅

oh and the buffalo chicken hand pie!
We have similar tastes!

I also want the Ursula cone and DH wants the BOOtine. Can't eat everything so sacrifices will be made...

I don't know, maybe it's the Zepbound talking but nothing on the Foodie Guide looks amazing to me 🤷‍♀️ Most of the sweets look pretty good but a lot of the party exclusive savory stuff just isn't my cup of tea. The Ursula Cone and Not-So-Poison Apple Doughnuts are high on my list. The Plaza Restaurant's skull meatloaf actually does look like a lot of fun, and so does the sundae with the ghost cookies, and they're also being served during regular park hours -- maybe we'll book a 4:30 reservation if the rest of the family wants to sit down for dinner.

From the things that are returning from last year, the Cauldron Cold Brew from Auntie Gravity's was one of the worst things I've ever had in the parks while the Sally Cake Pop pleasantly surprised me.

The merch is really cute. Love the spirit jersey, backpack, and grave digger t-shirt.

Let's see what my gluten free sad self can eat...slushies and alcohol *siiiiiiiiigh* I don't miss the pain but man do I miss bread. WDW is the red headed step child when it comes to food and merch, so disappointing. I want that pin though, I haven't been a fan of the stylistic choices with Hocus Pocus but this looks good.

Maybe we are excited because we don't go to party every year, so it's new to us? Also, I enjoy the theme of (Disney) spicy for Halloween treats!

I don't mind spicy food. My issue though, is I am usually way too hot in August to enjoy most of the party food!

I plan on bringing some Tupperware to take desserts back to the hotel to eat in the AC. 😂
My DH loves spicey, but Disney World always seems to pair it with ranch or mayo :crazy2: which is a no go for both of us.

Looks like I wont' be wasting money on any of the food, can't eat spicy food and don't like pumpkin spice.

We are so excited about the MNSSHP food! We have a long list of what we want to try. Our plan is to share one of everything between the 3 of us and it will basically be our dinner.

Mickey-shaped Cheesecake
Chipotle Barbecue Pork and Street Corn French Fries
Chipotle Barbecue Pork and Street Corn Hot Dog/Corn Dogs
Beignets from Beyond
Pumpkin Pie Mini Churros
Chocolate-Caramel Tart
Pumpkin Funnel Cake
Sally and Jack Pops
Phantasmal Fried Pumpkin Ravioli
Undead Garlic-Parmesan Chicken Strips
Treasure Whoopie Pie
Apple Doughnuts
Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Strips
Minnie Witch Hat

Definitely will be splitting things between the 3 of us. My son and his girlfriend like the spicy food, me, not so much. I'll have them take a bite first and let me know if it's really spicy.

I wrote to Disney Guest Service to ask about times and frequency of Boo to You Parade, She directed me to the Official Hours and Events Calendar.

For the five days beginning August 17, Boo to You is listed at 8:15 PM and 11:15 PM for the nights of MNSSHP. YAY! I was worried about there only being the 8:15 that they had previous advertised.
