"Official" 2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Was able to call and get tickets for sept 14th and some money back since the storm last year had us cancel.
Wow! That was some Pixie Dust from a CM too if you received money back. Did they credit your cc or is it still in the form of a credit on your account? Normally ticket funds that are not used for a party stay on an account to be used towards a future party. This is the first time I've heard of a partial refund being issued.

Great to know it's all resorts but it's not letting us buy tickets - is it because we are in the UK?

The two days in our travel window are Sunday Sep 14 and Tuesday Sep 16. Sunday is $149pp. Tuesday is $159. Price difference is nothing. Anything better about Sunday vs Tuesday??

Nothing really in regards to the party. If it were me, I’d do the Sunday party and then if you are looking for another MK, I’d plan that on Tuesday. The weekends are busier in general with local AP’s so Tuesday might be a great MK with low crowds. We always schedule MK days when there’s a party for that reason.

Bought our tickets for Oct 30th! We were going to do the 31st, but I screwed something up with our DVC reservations so we have to move rooms on the 31st now instead of the 30th. 😭 And I didn't want to go to the party on a day we switched resorts, then not have our luggage when we get back to the room super late

I'm debating a long weekend trip that could include a party, would I be able to book ILL for Tron if I only have a party ticket that day? I could just not do the party and do MK the following night, I'm only planning on 2 park days, But I want to ride Tron :D without a crazy wait if possible. I know I wouldn't be able to do the lightning lane pass thing for all the rides, but wasn't sure about the individual rides.

You can't book a LL for during the party, but if you have other tickets that let you book LLs during the same trip it will probably let you buy a LL for that day but it would have to be for between 4 and 6 pm. So after they let party guests in but before the park closes and they cut off the LLs.

We bought LLs for our party day last year and had them all from 4-6

Picked up tix for Sunday the 14th. With all our WDW trips and even living in Orlando for 3 1/2 years, we have never done this event. Should be fun.
Picked the day earlier in our trip so we can recover/adjust to the late night. Now I need to build a planning strategy for the MNSSHP day.

Purchasing LLMP or LLSP with only a party ticket is something that changes. Sometimes it is allowed, other times it's not. We won't really know what is happening for MNSSHP 2025 until the first few parties when guests report back their experiences.

Smart move! Given the chance of hurricanes and storms, getting tickets for the earlier event means there's a slim possibility that if things go wrong you can go to the later date. (I say slim possibility because sometimes the later event is so sold out they won't switch you.)

Yep. That's why I said probably. It definitely worked last year, so unless they changed how the system works it should still work this year. But we won't know until someone confirms it once the parties start.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but has anyone seen the military discount pricing? I don't see it on the Shades of Green website.

Got my tickets for October 23rd. $223 after tax per ticket definitely gave me pause. Remember when these parties were less than $100? 😭 In 2015 (ten years ago) Halloween night was $87.

The very first Disney halloween party I ever went to was at Disneyland (DCA) in 2006 and it was $30. And that included parking, a photo gift iirc.

Our first party was in 2006. We saw people dressed up at 3:30pm as we were checking into our hotel. The front desk offered us tickets for that night at $45 each. No sell outs. 25% of the current price. No advance planning. We didn't know how good we had it!
