Can you book online to get free dining if you haven't booked a reservation?

Yes! That's the preferable way to do it...book your package all at once when the promo drop especially if you are flexible. All these people booking now are just eating up the room inventory

If my travel agent is not a "Disney travel agent" does she have to wait until 7am to call and modify my reservation or could she do it online at 4 am? anyone know?

Mine had to wait till 7 last year...

What is a Kitchen Sink and where can I find such goodness?

It's at the Beach Club, a little tip if you only want vanilla or chocolate you can ask them to only use that or no almonds and only sprinkles, or take it the way it is with "A Whole Can"!!!!!!!!!!


I've never been able to use SC to pay for it, I just pay oop I think it's like $30 some bucks!!! Worth the experience though!!

You can do a split stay with the dates you have ( 11/7-11/13) & (11/14-11/16) The free dining would only be good for the two days, which does not seem worth it to me as you would need a 4 day park hopper with the 14th-16th; unless you are considering moving all your dates over

Does anyone know what time disney visa specials usually drop? I'm wondering just in case they release it tomorrow. I don't really think they will release it early, but I want to be prepared. Do they usually post on their website, or do you have to wait for the email?

2 snack credits a day. How are you going to spend them?

I know I'm a little late to the discussion, but:
Dole whip float for sure. Probably get one on more than one day.
Frozen lemonade. Had one last year in HS. Yum.
I have never had a mickey bar. Perhaps this time!
I really want to get my hands on the ice cream sandwich made with those big cookies.

Slightly off topic... We've always added the water parks and more to our tickets along with PH. Now that it's changed to PH and PH+ I was looking into the details and it says mini golf has to be before 4pm. Is that new? We usually played at least 4 times each trip- once at each course- and have played mostly at night after dark. Just wondering if the after 4:00 is new or if they just never enforced it. My kids love it, but we rarely would go before 4:00 as we're rope droppers and usually mini golfed after dinner.

It has always been before 4 pm. I know, because that's why we've never used it. So it looks like they've just not enforced it. Hope they will let you do it again!

Just in case this got lost in translation, you CANNOT use snack credits for The Kitchen Sink. You'll probably also need an ADR at Beaches N Cream to get one. You may be able to order it at the take-out window, but there have been varying reports of that.

Well, you mentioned that you can't modify the dates online with this reservation. I would just wait and book a new reservation online on Monday. You can try to call, but you'll probably be on hold for hours if you even get through.

If you can't modify online right now, you probably won't be able to on Monday.

Your options are to call in at 7 am Monday OR go online early Monday morning and make a completely new reservation that includes FD and then cancel the old one. I guess you could make a new reservation now, but until we know all the particulars for sure, it just doesn't make much sense to me to do that. You may not be able to modify a new reservation either and you'd be back in the same boat you're in now. For me, waiting until early Monday and making a completely new reservation makes the most sense.

My email from DV came around 9:00 am last year after FD was offered to the GP, which happened around 4:00 am.

So rebook a new reservation and cancel the old one? I would be able to cancel it later online and get a refund? I already purchased memory maker, will I be able to transfer. Then just repurchase my trip insurance too with the new reservation.

So I might need to be up at 3am to make sure?
