For those having trouble finding their bibs, check your Active receipt to see what is listed for your name and birthdate. I finally found my husband's by noticing that Active had his birthdate off by one day.

I am in H. And seeing the challenge break down of corrals was really giving me some wide eyes of "what the heck rundisney??" I thought I should be higher than this! But looking at the half break down, it appears that H is still just over the first 1/3 of the runners. So I can deal with that. This is my first challenge but wow these bibs are a little strange!

Same here -- my sister and I are doing the Challenge and are in H. This makes me feel a bit better about how this might shake out...

Mine was off for 2 years ... I finally fixed it and the following year rD had my extras (pins and jacket - pre purchase) all screwed up .... Dates didn't match. Go figure.

Basically - just roll with it. If your picture ID has your name in it, all that matters!

A dark force has definitely rolled over RunDisney lately. That's for sure!!

I'm right there with you. I took a look back through some of the last few races to see when they typically released merch info, and it looked like it was only a week before or so. Is that typical? Honestly, it depressed me. lol

Hmm I thought it was 2 weeks? I could be wrong though...I can't remember for the last 2 races. I was just coming here to say they finally released the dooneys on their twitter though. BUT it has a photo of one side of what they are calling a "luggage tag." It doesn't have any writing, just an outline of darth vader. They had better have inaugural written on the other side!!

Disney transportation - especially for this one, where it starts at Epcot and ends at ESPN.

Wine and Dine started at ESPN - there just isn't room. The runners are in the fields and the parking lots are used for prep and staging and busses arriving from resorts.

I personally always take disney transportation to the race starts. It gives me some sort of reassurance that they know I am coming (whether or not they care lol) and the vibe on the bus is usually very excited and fun to be with your fellow runners.

I called yesterday about my DME tags. The CM very reluctantly called DME to inquire about my tags. She said they are being printed and I should have them in a week to a week and a half. I leave in 20 days, 19 since we are spending the first night near the airport. Ugg.

3 weeks to go - how's everyone's training going? Just "walked" the half marathon course via google earth. Don't forget to mix in some hill runs during your last few practice runs - this course has six hills (aka ramps and overpasses). Since this course is similar to the historic W&D course backwards with some minor routing changes, I've used ramp and overpass to indicate what traffic normally does driving on the roads outside of the parks in the descriptions below.

1) Mile 4 when you turn left out of HS onto Buena Vista Drive (climb to overpass) and turn left running down the ramp onto World Drive.
2) Mile 4.8 as you run up the ramp from World Drive over South Studio Drive (overpass) to Osceola Parkway.
3) Mile 5.2 immediately after you turn right onto Osceola Parkway and run the overpass crossing back over World Drive on the way to AK.
4) Mile 6 on Osceola Parkway as you run the overpass crossing over Buena Vista Drive on the way to AK.
5) Mile 10.6 on Osceola Parkway as you run the overpass crossing over Buena Vista Drive on the way to WWoS.
6) Mile 11.4 on Osceola Parkway as you run the overpass crossing over World Drive on the way to WWoS.

I'm running my final long run at the 5th anniversary of the Hollywood Half Marathon on 4/9/16!

Us, too! But I have no idea what happened to the envelope. It was soaking wet and falling apart in our mailbox. It never even rained today, so I have no clue what happened. I laid everything out to dry, so we'll see if the stickers are still sticky.
