"Official" 2015 MNSSHP thread

As I said in another thread last time I did a desert party with those "perks" in TLT the cms just shoved people in front of us that tried to sneak chairs over so wasn't anywhere ner a good view.

FYI, I think they just opened BOG to operate during the parties. I have been checking for dinner for 9/15, and it will typically only check until 6 pm, but today two reservations opened for 7 pm and 7:15!

BoG, CRT and CP now have openings from 7-8. Must have a party ticket to use them. :)

I can't get a table at the dessert party for 2 people. They said they sold out fast so I'd have to get a table for 3. I feel violated and scammed. That doesn't feel right.

That makes no sense. Did you try booking online? Just book for 3 and then call to cancel the third imaginary person.

Where's your go to spot for watching the parade? Wishes I have found a fairly decent spot.

We've tried Liberty square in the handicap seating then along the curb last year by the castle, just trying to see if there was another place that might be better.

First of all, HUGE thank you to whoever posted about the additional BOG reservations! I just snared a 7:10 reservation for the party night we are going to so I'm very excited about that.

That being said, I'm actually disappointed about the terrace fireworks upcharge. I've never been to the soirée and was really hoping for this. I've done TNT for the Christmas party fireworks and everyone just crowds the rail – yes it's a smaller crowd, but I felt you don't really get a good panoramic view and you pretty much just see the right side of the castle fireworks. We are not big sweet eaters – definitely not $70 each worth – so I will probably pass on this.

Are you not allowed to wear masks? My dd has a storm trooper costume with a full mask. She'll be really upset if she can't wear it.

Well I can tell you that the premium package for 10/31 appears to be sold out with in hours being able to be booked. I am on hold right now and I cant be booked for that day anymore.... in addition I got a BOG for 10/31 at 725 but I am thinking I may not keep it...I don't want o be in a restaurant during the party
EDIT...FYI just like a Disney release day there are issues booking this on 10/31 it is not sold out but the party is....OMG I have 3 CM's working on getting this booked....I only think I might be worth it on a sold out day like HALLOWEEN..am I nuts????

Yes, I think you are! ;) If you are staying for the whole party, you will be much better off watching Hallowishes from Main Street or the Gardens and hitting the second parade in Frontierland. The first parade is prime character and ride time.

I see the same thing. For the 9/15 party, I can't reserve for 2, but I can reserve for 3???

I believe it's because there are no tables for 2 at the dessert parties.

I had no issues booking Halloween online about 3 hours ago... Going to wait and see what happens at the first few parties. If it wasn't cancelable I would have passed.

I am not sure where the idea you can't book/ there aren't tables for 2 comes from... We are a party of two and have done the wishes one once before too.

Do you mean that there are no tables for 2 left anymore, or that there were never any tables for 2?

There are very few, if any. I seem to remember reading that this has been a problem with the normal wishes party as well. I'll see if I can find more on that.

ETA: thanks, @AquaDame!
