"Official" 2015 MNSSHP thread

My favorite non-chocolate candy! And despite people telling me they have seen them in stores, I've never found them so I guess I'll just have to go to MNSSHP every year! It's a shame, really

My Wal-mart sells them (caramel hard candy) in a big bag (34oz) for $8.88. I got myself several bags just in case they discontinue selling them. You can also find smaller bags at Kroger, RiteAid, Walgreens. I see them there all the time. The Germany section in Epcot sells Werther’s but the price there is probably higher

I read from last years map that Jack and Sally are in the front of main street USA but at the MVMCP Sandy Klaws (jack) was back in by the Big top? I guess there is no way to tell where they will be until the party's start

I'm getting so excited!!!! I cannot wait for my summer college classes to be finished this week so I can finish our costumes! I'm so bogged down this week with a huge paper, a confusing assignment and two exams :faint: I shouldn't even be on here now but I needed a sanity break :goodvibes

I don't mean the regular Werthers. That's an easy find. I mean the caramel apple ones.

Going to our first ever MNSSHP on Nov 1st. My son will be Jack skellington and I'll be Sally. Any recommendations on how to get make up to stay on even in the heat. im worried I'll do our make up and it will rub off in a hour. Thanks!

Around what date the halloween party schedule will be available?

What specifically are you looking for? What I mean is, for years, the parade has been at 8:15 and 10:30 and HalloWishes at 9:30, and I would be very surprised if that changed this year. Was there something else you were interested in?

I had my makeup stay on 10 plus hours by using a base coat, regular coat, powder and then a sealer named graftobian. Took a little over an hour to put on and 1.5 hours to remove 90% of it. Be prepared it can only be removed then with oil soap and took over an hour to remove from my hands/face. The makeup I used was Mehron AQ Paradise a theatre makeup. I have a few pics I've posted througout the thread the ones in the light are from about 3:30 and the later ones from 11pm on.

Usually no one knows anything concrete until the first party has happened, Disney does not announce this ahead of time.

I suspect the character line up will be very similar to last year (2014 MNSSHP Character List), however, DHS will be under refurb so no Villain dance party. It is unknown if those villains will be integrated into M&Gs.

For those who attended last year's party, how was the wait for meeting Anna & Elsa? I have a FP+ for A&E but the return window ends at 4:10pm. If there's a long line of people getting in at 4, I might not make it in time but at the same time, it's like the jackpot of FP+!!! Should I keep that FP+ or should I get something else and meet A&E stand-by later on in the party?
