I’ll be at the first party (09/15). It will be my first MNSSHP ever!!! I was going to take that park day off and only attend the party but maybe I’ll go and check out “the lay of the land" first

Go to the fire station or behind the Christmas shoppe with your party wristband on any time after 4. You get the party card and the regular set of cards for the day.

I'm excited too..planning on the crowd the night of MNSSHP Oct 31! My DD has no idea, but we are basing our family costumes on her decision for Halloween. She wants to be Joy, I'll be Disgust, my DS will be Anger, and my DisMom will be Sadness. I'm So EXCITED!

We are going as the Carousel of Progress family from the 4th of July scene. You can find many costume ideas in my guest list thread. There are links to my 2013 and 2014 threads in post one, and several of my past costumes and party pics in post 2. Happy planning...

Search "DisneyBounding" on Pinterest or Google. You can get some neat 'costume' ideas using regular clothes and accessories - you want to make use your balance costume and good for the park/the heat.

When you pick up SOTMK cards at a party do they mark your band in some fashion?

Yes they do but that mark was gone with some rain the same night. We played nice and didn't get more cards on the way out.

I'm going to say yes since that happened to me last year as well. We still used the hard tickets, because I didn't want to take the chance of the early 4 pm entry accidently taking away a day from our MYW tickets.

We got bonus ones last year at one of the parties. It might have been MVMCP though. We got the event one and the cm were throwing in old event ones! Fun pixie dust.

Wow! That's amazing. Not expecting it, but that would be great if it happened. I've never gotten the cards before, so we're looking forward to picking them up every day we're in MK.
