Wow - those castle pictures alone make me more excited to go - I know you can see it during normal hours, but STILL. WOW.

Popcorn Bucket - so funny! I thought it was a lantern.

And you got the dwarfs! IMPRESSIVE! I heard that can get to be something like a 2 hour line. Hope you didn't have to wait that long.

we did the dwarfs at MNSSHP in 2011 and got in line about 6pm, were the
5th family in line...got photos done by 715 and hit the party!

keep the photos coming, can't wait to go to our first MVMCP!

Got our tickets for Tues the 3rd of December. It will be our second time doing MVMCP but this time will def have a better plan like we did last year at MNSSHP

So we were def unprepared our first MVMCP in '10. We did not enter till about 7:45 or so and got in line for photo with the big cheese , bad idea was about 30 minute wait then as we got out we tried to watch parade, we were prob 10 people deep trying to watch....impossible.
Next, instead of watching the stage show or show in tomorrowland we decided to go get the free cookies an cocoa. (Mind u it was freezing for December in Florida) never saw any other characters either.

So when we did MNSSHP last year we stuck to a plan using info from Kennythepirate and easywdw and it was fantastic.

GREAT! More information to look up and sites to read.

Ok so don't get there at 7:45. Don't wait to see the big cheese.
parades are crazy to see. Watch the stage show and skip the cookies and chocolate.
I guess I'll go look up that information to see what I'm suppose to do instead.

What we normally do is get to MK right around 4 and get a quick bite to eat. That year we got in line for the 7D around 5:45 and we were maybe 6th in line. We were finished with the picture by ten after 7 and then concentrated on party stuff.

We booked the Dessert Party for the 11th since that is our only night at MK and we will be attending MVMCP. Is it possible to see the first parade and also wishes from the Dessert Party(we don't care about the desserts, just the view from up there )and lastly, do they do a "holiday" castle projection show? If so, approx. when do they show that?

Ideally, we would love to watch the parade,projection show, and wishes back to back.

you can't see the parade very well from the Tomorrow Land Terrace,(we did the dessert party 4/2011) its to far away and can only see some of the tops of the floats...if you aren't going for the desserts and want to see the parade IMHO I would cancel the dessert party, you are already paying for the MVMCP ticket and if you see the second parade you will get a better view of that. the view of Wishes is good, but again if you aren't going for the desserts to pay that $$ just to watch Wishes might be a waste, just get a snack and stake out a spot by the castle early to watch Wishes.

Seems as in any case, some may have pulled off having dinner and roaming the park on MVMCP nights, but your suppose to have tickets.

We were there Dec. 10 last year and they were very actively checking for wristbands.

Does anyone know if there are cookie options for kids with allergies? My daughter is allergic to eggs
