Neville and Harry walked back through the halls to charms. They had made their way to the classroom. The entered and Harry and Neville took a seat in the middle of the row. The rest of their friends came in afterwards and all found them seats.

George came in and sat on the table next to Harry and Neville and said hi to them both.

(woot no more shyness :-D)

"Hello George" Neville responded. Harry said hi as a short dwarf like teacher entered the room and walked over to his podium. "Alright everyone. Today we are going to be levitating things in air with the wingardium leviosa charm. Now get right to it. No time to waste there is a feather in front of each of you." The professor spoke and showed the students how to move their wands.

woot wingardium leviosa. It's not the same without a Hermione telling others why their wrong

George tried and tried again so he prodded the feather to see if it was working or not.

Neville pointed his wand at his feather a couple times shouting the charm. "Why isn't it working!" Neville said sulking. A loud bang shot off in the classroom. Many of the students screamed. Neville and his friends looked down the desk to see Seamus's face black. "He made it blow up." A 4th year girl said. Some of the students began to laugh.

Ah. Mickey could be Seamus...or Dean.

George started to worry, what if all the feathers could explode by prodding it... he stopped prodding his wand and started to try again.

Of course Hermonie got it in no time. Everyone was working very hard to get it like Hermonie did. No one did except Neville. Hermonie said "Great job neville!". She knew that neville could not even talk because he was so pleased with himself. Everyone congratulated him.

Neville tried once more to make his feather fly. On the last try his feather slowly lifted into the air. Neville smiled as the feather floated back down. "Thanks Hermione" Neville said very proudly.

George ended up asking for Hermione's help. After a few more tries with her help, George finally managed to get it to float about an inch. But an inch or a foot, he did it! He thanked Hermione and tried to get it to float higher.

"Congratulations George!" Neville said to his friend. He watched as the other students tried and tried to make it rise but they all seemed to be failing.

George kept seeing if he could beat his previous records of floating his feather. The highest he got was 4 feet.

Hermonie went around helping everyone, and was proud of her accomplishments for george and neville. Now, its ginny's turn. "Let's go ginny, you could do it. You could do it!!!". Hermonie said. It took time, but ginny finally got it.

after haveing tried on his feather 5 times Teddy only maniged to make prof. flitwick fall off his stack of books.

The professor fell and got up brushing the dirt of his clothing. "That's alright now. Try again." He said to Teddy.
Neville clapped for Ginny and the teacher seemed pleased with their accomplishments. "20 house points for Gryffindor!" He stated smiling while helping Seamus try to levitate his feather without it blowing up.

soon even Seamus managed to make the feather move at least a tiny bit. George felt proud of accomplishing this simple spell.

The bell rang and Prof. Flitwick said "class dismised" without assinging homework.

Neville stood up and began skipping joyfully out the door. "What class now?" He yelled back to his friends.

"Study hall" said Teddy as he ran past.

*is looking on Wiki* it says that they have about 4 lessons, 2 long ones (2 hours long) before lunch then about 2 after lunch with a short break between all to get to lessons then they have dinner and go back to their dormitories.

Are we following that?
