Looking at 1 1/2 hours, tops.
I'm moving this forward for those who haven't read it.
Yes, last year the group I led missed 1 room, my fault, there was to many last minute changes and I couldn't keep up.. I'm going to work hard on that not happening this year.
This year we're going to have a check-in sheet. Also no last minute bringing your goodies to the lobby. If you know you're not going to be in your stateroom because you'd rather go to Bingo, that's fine, but let me know before 9:30 a.m.
I try to work it so it only takes an hour for all the children to hit all the rooms. I do this by breaking down the large group into many smaller groups, having each group start on a different deck working their way to all. Looking at this years count I would say that we'll have at least 3 groups, if not 4. I will take one group, my DH has agree to take another, we'll need 2 more leaders. Do we have any volunteers?
Also parents are welcome to come along, we will give you time to get to your stateroom before we come knocking.
We really haven't decided on a time. Knowing that Sunday is a character breakfast morning and second seating for that is 9:45a.m., how would 11:00 a.m. be for everyone? We'll all gather at the Atrium Lobby at 11:00 a.m. check-in with me, take pictures, gather the children into groups with a leader and get them started on their hunt for staterooms by no later than 11:20 a.m.. I'll have the maps made so children return to the Atrium Lobby, where you can meet them if your not along with us. I'm also going to be handing out paper signs to be placed on your stateroom doors. I'll have them on me during check-in at the port. If you miss me there come by my stateroom I'll have them, somehow, in my fishes mouth, take one and place it on you door before the T-orT we'll be looking for them.
Please make sure that you print the finally copy of the list. It will have all this information and any updates on it. Look for that on Oct 3.
