Moving from the East to the West has me all confuzzled with my tv shows.

And living here in So Cal they keep showing on the News video footage of shows that were taping yesterday during the earthquake and they showed Judy Judy (she was a smart lady, Judy got right under her desk) and they showed footage of the HG's during the earthquake. I wonder if they will show any of that on Thursday's show.

Did you feel the earthquake? I imagine that was pretty scary. We live very close to a rock quarry. And I never noticed until I started working from home during the day that they do some blasting at least twice a week. It is all of a sudden with no warning, just a sudden, violent, loud rumbling. I never hear a kaboom or anything, just the ground shaking, sometimes bad enough to knock things off the wall. The first time it happened, I was sure we were having an earthquake...until I saw all the cats, just peacefully sleeping away. Then I knew it was no big deal. With the blasting, the rumbling only lasts 3 or 4 seconds. Everytime it happens though, I think this is probably what an earthquake feels like to a small degree.

What I'm asking is that WOMEN do find it offensive but men???? I dunno... it's right up there with that disgusting Ollie saying his Dad, the reverand, would high five him for his behavior on the show!!

Women are insulted for being called a pervert but men usually accept it as a compliment... unless it's in front of his wife! Then they deny deny deny!

My opinion of most of them have changed for the negative.. which usually happens on BB lately.

Glad to hear it. In my world the guys call each other "players". I despise it but they think it's cute.

I personally don't think any names that men get called are as bad as the ones people call women. Even the worse ones insult women indirectly. "Son of a you know what" and the one that start with B and ends in d and of course the BIG one, m - f.... all are insults to women.

Oh, Kycha, I have been here all of 30 days.....love the weather so much. Much nicer than New England...no rain, no humidity, sunny, sunny, sunny BUT yesterday scared me so much. The entire apt was shaking so much and it got more intense and more intense, I was freaking out AND THEN IT STOPPED. Not fun at all. My parents in Maine called me within MINUTES as it came up Breaking News on their TV and I just started crying.

I NEED EARTHQUAKE LESSONS.

I'm watching the feeds and Memphis is still going on about Jerry and his comments. I guess Jerry apologized for calling him a womanizer. Then Memphis left the room and Renny, Keesha, and Libra are all talking about how disgusting he is not washing his hands and how rude he his and how he has a bad temper.

I guess I kind of have to respect Keesha for her stand. There is so much backstabbing in this game (and most every other reality show) that it's kind of nice to see someone who actually keeps their word even if it's going to bite them in the butt in the end.

Didn't Keesha go to Jessie when he was HOH and asked that he take her friend off and put Libra up? And Jessie said Michelle had to do it and Michelle would not.

Is that's what's going on now??? I really like Angie, but maybe they have come to realize that she's 100 times smarter than Jessie so she needs to go. Ultimately he'll screw up royally and be out the door. If not this week, I give him 3 weeks max.

I guess we need to give them some credit. I mean it is a smart move to get rid of strong players and well-liked players. Keeping the annoying players can only make you look better to the jury.

That would be so scary. Now I live very close to the Gulf and we do have the occasional hurricane that likes to come but atleast we know they are coming. Now in the event of Rita most of us were stuck on the road but hopefully that wont be the case next time. Earthquakes I would have a harder time since you don't know when they are coming.

I kind of feel bad for Jerry the way everyone is yelling at him and the way everyone hates him. I don't know why anyone would put him up, he would be good (like Sheila was) to keep around. Totally agree! Ollie said it best when he said America thinks we are dumb for keeping Jessie. Why do these houseguest not realize that they should vote out who is best for THEM, not the hoh!!! Libra is really going to regret that! So will Keesha! I almost hope Jessie wins to prove a point.

Has anyone else noticed that Julie can't say the "-sts" part of "houseguests?" She's been doing it all season and it's driving me crazy because I never noticed her do that before! She'll say, "Now it's time to check back in with the houseguesss." You have to see next week if you didn't notice it!

I may have to stay up for BBAD tonight instead of watching it in the AM. I have a feeling Jessie is not going to let go for nothing! They all seem pretty determined though and it might be easier for one of the light girls to hold on. Remember Natalie last year? Aside from being top-heavy, she always did well in those kinds of challenges because of her size.
