Hi everyone -

I am short about 300 points from cashing out for a $25 webbie. The places I have been shopping the past couple of weeks have been slow to post (Petco, petsmart, lands end and drugstore.com), and I wanted to know who posts their points very quickly so I can cash out ASAP for my trip. I just did the tupperware purchase yesterday, and it has posted, and have done the Olay offers, all of the purina/pet offers and current surveys. Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

How long do you have until your trip? It can still take several weeks to get your webbie processed and the email sent to you.

I have kind of kept track of when webbies are sent out (generally around the 12th of the month - but I know it isn't guranteed), and I am thinking from that info I can still cash out and get mine in time if I do it very soon!!! I have gotten one within a week before by cashing out at the right time, but rather not risk it. Hence, if I can find ways to get points posted in the next few days I have a shot. I just wish my other purchases would post...I'd have more than enough points!!!

I have recent purchases with JC'Penny's, Gap, etc and am still waiting to see my points. These purchases were made 2-3 weeks ago! I am becoming quite skeptical about shopping through My Points and will definitely hold off on any future purchases until I start receiving credits I am due. They seem to credit surveys and web site viewings quickly. I'm curious to hear if others have had similar problems??

:smooth:

Did you download the Mypoints Point Alert for 25 points?

I know that 1-800-contacts credits almost overnight. Do you wear contacts? You can do this monthly. I only buy one box at a time. Luckily I wear the same Rx in both eyes.

123Inkjets sometimes is fairly fast. You get 300 pts w/ each purchase, and you can do it hourly! I think they're still doing free shipping, too. If you want more than one cartridge, split up the orders so you get 300 points for each one. I think that's a better deal than the $1 price break for multiples.

I've bought twice. One time it took a couple of weeks. Second time was only 3-4 days.

Granted, i ahve not used the cartridges yet. Hope they don't mess up my printer!!!

if the amtrak offer is still open, that one posted super fast - but you need to register with amtrak first. i didn't once and still haven't gotten the points, but when i did register i got an automatic confirmation of points...

Tupperware pays 800 pts per purchase (regardless of the amount) and the points post overnight.

I've also had very good luck with the Office Depot offer posting overnight as well.

I just signed up for the Fancy Feast and Kraft foods offers under TRY IT OUT. I didn't look on the Fancy Feast one, but Kraft foods said the points would post overnight.

I think the amtrak offer is over - bummer. Since I use a Mac, I can't register for Mypoints Point Alert; and I do wear contacts, but my prescription just expired. :p The Kraft points did post quickly, but my Olay ones have not posted yet. All of the purina pet ones posted overnight, too. I will try Office Depot, as I need iron on transfer paper to make shirts for the trip.

I too have noticed my having to email more and things taking longer to post and be sent (which is why I am shopping more with ebates). The waiting period to have your points available has been longer for us, too - sometimes 90 days. My Wal-Mart cards took FOREVER last time, but I think everyone was cashing out before they increased the point value. Some members of my extended family have cashed out and gotten things via snail mail in as little as 8 days. We have $150 in webbies right now, and my husband just cashed out last week for another $25 (still pending, of course). I want to use the $$$ for connections vouchers, so hopefully we can get these last two webbies during the same time frame as our others have come in the past.

Ok - just placed an order with them. Before I checked out it showed a little coupon and said the mypoints coupon was there. After I checked out, no confirmation or link to click on - is that correct? Thanks...

I emailed MyPoints the other day - again! about several problems. One of them was in being credited for my purchase on Drugstore.com (purchase on June 25/03). They emailed me back saying that Drugstore.com is no longer a partner with MyPoints as they only deal with them through the Bonus Mail part of the program. I have just had a newborn, so maybe I'm a little confused, but I recall either clicking through a BonusMail opportunity or through the website itself (in fact, my husband and I both recall seeing Drugstore.com listed in the Merchant list on the MyPoints website). The offer was for 600 points for 1st purchase, and 300 for all subsequent purchases. The email response that I just received alluded to the fact that I would not be credited for my purchase. I was getting ready to send another email because I am NOT going to lose out on 600 points because they've changed their relationship with Drugstore.com, but I wanted to see if any of you had been credited with your points from Drugstore.com.

I see that some of you have shopped through Drugstore.com (macs4us), have you been credited with your points yet? If so, was it for 300 or 600 points? If any of you can shed any light on this situation in regards to Drugstore.com, I'd be very grateful. As it is, I no longer receive any emails from MyPoints anymore, I am assuming that it is because I'm Canadian - we always seem to get shafted in regards to the Internet, yet we are the most wired country in the world! I just don't get it! Alas, that is another email post all on its own.

Thanks, Tiger

I am going to email them Thursday, but, no, I haven't gotten the points. I have always had to email them for drugstore.com promos (have gotten special emails in the past, around the holidays). Their customer service people really don't read the emails carefully, so I often have to reply to their emails and tell them they didn't read my email and restate my problem. I would email them back and tell them that they were a part of their program when you made the purchase, and to please credit your points ASAP.

I hate it when people don't read the emails...

Thanks for your quick response! As an English teacher, I too have issues with people who don't properly respond to emails - especially when this is their job! All it takes is an extra few seconds to completely read the message, and concisely respond back.

Good luck! I'll post my response from them as soon as I get it.

Thanks, Tiger

Ohhhh - you are an English teacher. Now I am kicking myself for the mistakes in my post, and had to go back and fix them. ;) I am trying to get myself on East Coast time for our trip, and it is 5AM here - ugh!!! I was a double major in English: Creative Writing and Political Science, so it bothers me when people don't read the emails. And you are right - it is their job!!! Been dealing with that a lot lately... Even in high school working retail I would have never slacked like some of the customer service people do these days.

I'll post when/if I hear anything as well.
