We just started the ROFR wait!!!

We are working with Fidelity as well. We just had our offer accepted as well on our first DVC contract. We have signed the contract and sent the deposit, so just waiting for the seller to return the signed contract to start the ROFR wait as well.

Great price for you! We bought SSR 4 yrs ago for $70 (resale) and I was worried Disney would refuse. Congrats on a great contract!

Thanks! I just read about someone getting through with $54/ per point so I was thinking it wasn't that good of a deal, but I guess it is hopefully we have a good chance of getting through ROFR!
