Good Luck - I recently had a great deal. I signed the contract and sent it back. Then I got the cal the buyers were not in agreement with eachother. So I had to walk away. Hopefully yours goes better.

Congrats! What resort are you buying in at? We are trying to find a good HHI contract but Disney liked our last one too much and snatched it up from us. So we are on to round II. We submitted another offer, it was accepted and now we are waiting to hear that it's been sent to Disney for ROFR. Resale can be kind of frustrating with all the waiting and what ifs involved.....but I think the anticipation builds excitement!

We are with Rachel at Fidelity. Took about a day to get the contracts prepared. Look for an email before EOB tomorrow.

So excited for you! We're just a few weeks ahead of you! (Also our first contract...also SSR!) We passed ROFR on 7/10 (sub 6/15) and just received closing documents today. The waiting is tough, but it'll pass quickly and then there will be years of enjoyment! Many blessings to you!
