off topic..but the Olympic torch just came thru

Our little town was host just a few minutes ago to the Olympic torch and the caravan..it just passed by right in front of our house..got some awesome digital camera pics of them all..the runners were all dressed in light blue and white Salt Lake City sweat suits..all of the trucks were flying American Flags..and handing out flags and pendants that said Olympic Torch Relay/Maryland..everyone was clapping and cheering..got a little teary eyed at the sight of that torch passing so close by..thought you all might like a little spot of sunshine for the day at my memory of that sight..If it comes to your town/city please try and go and see it..and give the runners and the caravan people all the American spirit and support you can!

I saw the torch this morning! i was entering my parking garage and there it was ready to keep moving. I hurried and parked and ran out and it was only a few feet away from me! it was awesome to see and it DOES make you teary eyed. definitely the highlight of my week!
by the way, i am in pittsburgh.
