After a hectic last few days the day has finally come to leave for the TL at manchester Airport. Just phoned them to check room location due to my moms walking issues and they had put us on the top floor the farthest room away

Is this quite normal as I am worried why it has said that.I am wondering whether it is becausemy mom is booked under the special assistance catagory.
