beuatiful big give things and adorable pictures of the girls.

Those colors look amazing on the girls! Great job Monica! How funny that they were totally into posing!:rotfl:

I love the outfits and bows. Your girls are precious!! They have the sweetest poses!!!

Wow! Beautiful pictures! And I LOVE the posing!;)

Monica, you did a fantastic job!!

Lynn

Beautiful!!! Ali's socks matched, too!!! :lmao:

Monica, you did a great job!!!

How excited are you now Kelly???? It is going to be here so soon!!!! :cool1:

Beautiful outfits! It's pictures like these that make me wish that I had a little girl! :rotfl:

How cute are your girls!?!?!

Love the outfits, the poses and the smiles!

:thumbsup2 Great job on your first Big Give Monica!

Hi Kelly, loving the girls Big Give outfits and that is to funny my yougest favorite saying is the same as Ali's What The!? Now I wonder where they come up with such things. :lmao:

Thank you, ladies! I feel so truly blessed to have found this community.:goodvibes

I think it comes from something on tv, maybe Sponge Bob. Rebecca was doing it last summer, and she had been watching more tv than usual with her big sisters. I had trouble getting her to stop, my biggest fear was she'd come out with a loud ***! Lol

They don't watch Sponge Bob, so I have no idea! When Maya was Ali's age, she had a habit of saying "Oh s***," so I guess I'll take "What the...":rolleyes1
Kelly,
I was wondering why I wasn't getting any notifications of Ali's PTR being updated....now I know! I wasn't subscribed! I KNOW I tried to do it quite a bit ago, but apparently it never went through, but I'm subbed now and I've had fun catching up!

LOVE the pics in the last BIG give outfits....the colors look so great with their EYES!!! BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!!!!

So glad I can keep up now!!! :)

Best to you guys,

The same thing has happened to me more than once! But thanks for checking back!

:thumbsup2 Amazing Big give goodies. I Love the shirts and pants the Beautiful dresses.. So Pretty :-) Of course the Beautiful Girls make them stunning :-)

We have to drive 4-1/2 hours each way to Dallas because the Dr's here stink with Ashley's syndrome :( If you have Heart issues or cancer stay in Houston, If not drive to Dallas..Sigh. I'm just glad I don't have to go out of state;)

I hear you. I wouldn't want to go out of state, either. We did think about travelling to Cinci when Ali was dx'd with her laryngeal cleft and needed the reconstruction, but in the end, stayed here. Thanks for stopping by!

I  that color of blue on the girls!!!!!!!!! I wish I could figure out the whole threading the needle and bobbin bit on my sewing machine- maybe then I could make really nifty clothes too! Then I could be a "real" Big Giver! :lmao: The "real" ones make clothes you know. I can only do Pixie dust- I guess we all have to start somewhere though, huh? :goodvibes Maybe the pixie dust will teach me how to sew.... hmmm....

I so hope you don't really feel this way! The girls LOVED the packages they received from you and from you and Dania. It ALL makes their experience that much better. I'm hoping to help out with Big Gives after we get back, and I'm not crafty in the least!

Hey, Kelly. Just checking in on you guys. I haven't seen an update since the Big Give post. Hope everybody is doing okay and that no news is good news!

Things are good, just busy! But thanks for thinking of us!

Hi Kelly, it's me, Monica (cydswipe)

So happy to see the pics of the girls receiving their package. I love the aqua colors on the girls! My girls were excited to see the pics on the boards. Thanks so much for taking the time to do that. I am hooked on Big Gives now!

Hope the sinus issues disappers soon... that is not fun!

Take care! Looking forward to following along on your PTR!

Hi Monica! The color looks beautiful, doesn't it? Thank you again - the girls can't wait to put them on.:goodvibes

They are beautiful, and I agree, that color blue is great on them!! (I love the korker bow on Ali's top. A new way to wear an accessory!!)

Thank you! She wouldn't let me put it in her hair. I'm not quite sure why.:confused3 She kept saying, "But I don't look beautiful," so I finally put it on the strap of her dress, and she was content.:rotfl2:

Pulease! You are as much an important part of these Gives as any of us!! Pixe dust is just as much fun as the outfits!! :)

I agree!

Things have been so crazy busy here! We're nearing the end of the quarter, and all of my students are in the process of writing and turning in papers right now. Ahhhhhh! But I am reading and thinking of you all even if I am not posting as much!

Don't ever think that :( Anything given as the big give is apprieciated!!!!!!

Pixie Dust is amazing.. The big Give is Amazing... I just can't believe all the generosity and time that goes into all of it... Priceless :hug::hug::hug: :grouphug::grouphug:

Kelly.. I am subscribed!!! ;)

That's not really what I meant. I love giving out pixie dust and making kids smile. I am such a sucker for kids smile, especially WISH kids! I am constantly giving my DH;s little sister presents to make her smile. :cutie:
I know I am a great part of the Big Give and a real one too- but man! I wanna figure out my sewing machine soooo bad! :confused3 I figured out how to thread the needle and bobbin ONCE. I made a really cool pillow too, but I have never been able to do it again. :sad1: I know I could make some really cool stuff for not only the Big Give, but my own kids too, if I could figure that hunk of metal out. I almost threw it out the window last time I tried....:headache::laughing: So- if anyone lives in the Atlanta area and wants to give remedial sewing lessons, feel free to pm me. :lmao:

Hey Kelly!!! Almost at that 1 month mark!!!! New BIG GIVE outfits are adorable. That color looks stunning on the girls!! :)

All caught up! Kelly..the girl's outfits are soooooo cute! :cutie: I love that blue, it just really pops! Sorry you're so busy, but it will make the time fly!

I knew what you meant. Head over to the Disboutique thread, and see if anyone has the same machine as you do and see if they can help you out! We'll have you up and sewing in no time :) I didn't know a thing about sewing (never sewed a stitch!) before I joined the ladies (and Tom) over there. No I know my way around a sewing machine ;)

Where are you at in Atlanta? I'll help you! Once you figure out how to work the machine it is fun and alot of it isn't much more then straight stitches! Feel free to PM me.

Phew! I so wish I could sew, too. I also have a sewing machine that was given to me, but wouldn't even begin to know how to use it. Maybe I'll make it my summer project!

Hey Kelly!!! Almost at that 1 month mark!!!! New BIG GIVE outfits are adorable. That color looks stunning on the girls!! :)

Thanks! It will be here before we know it! Have you started packing yet? We have a "box" that I've been throwing stuff in, but that's about it. I tend to plan, plan, plan but execute at the last minute.:rolleyes1

How neat if you all could work it out!

Yesterday afternoon, we had a package waiting for us from Nanci (TinkerbelleMom)! The girls were thrilled..."Another one?!?!"

They oohhed and aahhed when they saw the wrapping paper.:goodvibes

OpeningBigGive.jpg

Ali quickly recognized the color "Tinkerbelle green."

Ali1.jpg

It's hard to tell from the picture, but the fabric has sparklies embedded in it. And the fabric underneath the tulle (I'm not sure about my terminology here:rolleyes1) has the prettiest green and cream colored pattern.

AliTinkerbell.jpg

Nanci made a dress for Maya as well, a beautiful Aurora dress. The pink material has the same pretty pattern as the green on Ali's dress.

Maya1.jpg

And Maya, true to form, wanted to pose for more pictures. I SWEAR I'm not putting her up to this.:rotfl2:

And of course, Ali had to follow in suit.:rotfl2:

And then one final photo of the girls together.:goodvibes

Once again, thank you so, so much for bringing such joy to our lives. There just aren't enough words.:lovestruc:lovestruc

Those girls are cracking me up! You are getting such cute pictures! I love how they do what the other does! Such cute dresses!

Kelly,
the girls are just ADORABLE! What amazing personalities and expressions! The dresses are AMAZING!

BEAUTIFUL Big Give package to match two BEAUTIFUL GIRLS!!!! :cutie::cutie:

Very pretty dresses! I love how the Tink one has the tulle on it! Very sheik! :goodvibes They both look very happy and that's what its all about!

Yea! I'm glad you got them and they're liked! The two lighter fabrics being the same was a total coincidence...I didn't even realize it until I was getting ready to cut out the dresses! I had just picked pretty, coordinating colors. I just love the sparkly green, it's the same as I used for Piper's Jasmine outfit only that was teal. It's glitzy with out being itchy, something my kids always complain about with the purchased princess dresses. Thanks for all the pics, they look beautiful!

Oh my GOSH!!! Those pictures of the girls are wonderful. The poses are great!

Lynn

your pictures are WONDERFUL!!!!

The girls are so cute! :goodvibes

And all of the Big Give stuff is amazing! :)

Love the tink and Sleeping Beauty..

The girls have to be getting beyond excited!!!!!
Monica

Kelly...this is for you:hug:Sounds like you need it today. Not that you'll need it, because this is going to be the greatest trip for your family ever, but we do have a great children's hospital, as well as a Nemours children's specialty clinic in Orlando...my friends here in Daytona drive over because it's so great. Besides, you've got Disney Magic working for you. :cool1:

I work at the Nemours in Wilmington, DE!!!!! They are building a hospital in Orlando too. Its truely a wonderful place to work - I love it!! I wonder if they'd let me transfer to Orlando!!!!????? Hmmmm,,,,,lol

Kelly - Oh my gosh!! The girls look ADORABLE in the Tink and Aurora outfits!! They look so pretty!! I also agree that the shade of blue in the other outfit looks amazing on them! The princess shirts and jeans were also adorable on them!! They are sooooo cute!! Im hoping I see you at the village!!!
