Who's Who in this tale of two? Or would there be more?
Let me start by saying, if you are up to this story I promise to flash you a few hundred photos. Then there will be some parenting tips thrown at-cha. It’s just me. I am a magnet for observing bad parenting occurring all around me. You most likely will laugh…hopefully not bad enough to wee your seat. And of course there most certainly will be a few tears….guaranteed from me… I tear up at the mere sight of my children’s eyes.
If you’ve read my 1st TR (see my siggie…go there…check it out…shameless plug, I know), you’ll know that I love to write about the Disney Magic. It’s the Disney Magic which makes me stop and take time to capture these awesome feelings and emotions which Disney gives me. It’s the Magic which Disney brings into my life that I cherish sharing with my children. It’s the Magic which I try to preserve in my memories and share with those around me
Who’s Who?
Me…Like most reading this, I am a Disney lover & an Obsessed Planner…okay, I admit it…I’m Obsessed!

I have the Worlds best job (for me); I stay home and care for my 2 beautiful children. In my spare time I am a cooker, a baker and a Candle Stick maker…
No?
Seriously, I do love to Cook, bake, Scrap/card make & spending mucho time DIS’n (who doesn’t) and listening to Disney podcasts. During the school year I turn supremo voluneteero! I volunteer for both of my children’s schools and help with both the PTA and a Parent Council. I also have a fondness for photography. I like to say that I know enough about photography to just get me by, but I love it. Bonus…This is why you will get to see a lot of pictures in this TR.
Yes, people…PICTURES! I took hundreds!
My partner in crime, my
DS…I often refer to him as my Lil’l Diz. He turned 6 on this very trip, which is part of the reason I wanted to go with him at this time.

He is a very fortunate and lucky boy! I hope he knows just how lucky he is… He better know how lucky he is!

Not many kids get to go to WDW every year. I try my best to teach him to appreciate all he has and never expect anything. He has so much to be thankful for…the list is absolutely endless! I also hope that he remembers just how sweet and nice of a momma that I am, extra-specially in 26 or so years when he is an OBGYN…errr GYNOGIZER!

Yes ladies and gentlemen, my boy wants to deliver babies and take care of their mommas when he grows up. Ohh did I forget to mention my boy is scerry smart. Scerry! What mom doesn’t think so right? Lil’l Diz is a kind-hearted guy, who is always thinking outside of the box. He is the kiddo who seems to never be paying attention awe…but often he is. He is slow. I mean turtle slow when it comes to moving. I have to put a fire under his tush and move him along. Don't get me wrong...my boy has opportunities...just like the rest of us. Lately his "opportunities are adding by the tens... big shot 1st graders.
I love this boy to bits and pieces, I could eat him up, I love him so much. He is my first-born and since his little sister came along, he has had to take a back seat a few times and again and again and again… (his little sister~TINK is trouble x100). So this here trip was all about Lil’l Diz. No baby swapping. No screaming little girl, who throws herself on the floor and cries. No whining. No bratty behavior. No misbehaven girls…
INSERT BREAKS… TO A HAULT!
COMPLETE HAULT!
STOP!
This trip has a few add-ons…stowaways have you, who will be crashing out partay for the last 4 nights of our stay. CRASHING. Don’t forget it.
My Cousin G, who lives in TX, decided to crash this trip with herself and her daughter, T. So we no longer had a Mom & Son trip, we had a Mom & Kiddo trip!

G enjoys the ‘finer’ things in life & like me, loves to shop. She had been to WDW before…but many, many years before. No matter what, she had never been princessjv style. Commando DIS’r do or die…just kidding.
Or am I?
I showed my dearest cousin G just HOW to DO WDW and see everything you MUST see in just the 4 days, they joined us.:yay
But not without glitches.
Lots and lots of glitches.
Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of GLITCHES.
Especially in the form of one small child.
G’s Child.
Cue the introduction of G’s ONLY child. KWIM. ONLY CHILD! I KNOW YOU KWIM!
The other half of the mom/child trip was G’s DD, T (5), who until I vacationed with her, I thought was a sweet, spirited child. Well, I thought wrong! After seeing her in action,
I will refer to her as the BRAT! Trust Jen, this child earned her title. Earned it fair and square! My name for her is a mild reaction to what she showed me. Remember…she is an only child.Don’t forget it! **Side note:If ever you thought it may be a great idea to have one child. You may think again after you meet the BRAT.** She gave all “only” children a bad wrap on this here trip. Really BAD Wrap!) This only child needs a big check of reality and some lessons in how to be a good little girl... A well behaved, good little girl. She was in need of some good, strong parenting. Parenting, which I don’t believe she’s seen the likes of…that’s until she was on vacation with ME! princessjv!
The BRAT is not what you’d call a girly girl. Nope! She prefers trucks and cars. The last time she visited our home my DS even tried to push off his Power Ranger craze on her. The BRAT has a mind of her own and isn’t so much into cutsy, girly stuff. In fact while G & the BRAT were visiting last summer G bought the BRAT the cutest back to school outfit for Kindergarten. A few days into the new school year G tried to put it on THE BRAT. THE BRAT wasn’t having it and threw a fit and bit G.
I kid you not, she BIT her momma.
Unhuh! A 5 year old BIT her MOMMA!
After hearing that story, I should have been afraid, very afraid. But I wasn’t. Seems my mind was to preoccupied with what was going on around me. Had she done that in my presence, under any normal circumstance, she would get lesson of what is and is NOT acceptable for a 5 year old…princessjv style, that is. Cause this momma doesn’t put up with nuttin!
Got it?
Nuttin!
The Brat is the one in the middle...mine are on the outside...
Last, but certainly not least is my “mom” and Gramma to my kiddos. Since they were born, we have become accustomed to calling both my “mom” & “dad” ~ Gramma & Pappa...not to be confused any further...BUT they are both really my Aunt & Uncle (hence the “marks” I use writing about them), who just so happen to have raised me.

My “mom” is also my Cousin G’s aunt, G’s mom’s~ sister and very best friend. My aunt and uncle took me in at 11 yo, when I was in a really bad place with my birth mother. Should you have read my last TR (another shameless plug), you would have read about our trials and life lessons as we was discovered that my “mom” had terminal cancer. Cancer that was very rapid in it’s growth. It took her down to the point that she could barely walk; she needed a walker to move around the house. She couldn’t even sit ever, because the pain was so terrible. Her high amounts of Morphine that the doctors said was all they could give without admitting her to the hospital left her barely conscious most of the day. My “mom” could no longer look up, and would stare to the ground. She quickly lost the ability to be able to hold my children in her arms, run with them or play on the floor. She was dying, and we all were hurting so much, whilst we were loosing her.
This is why we needed some magic! And Magic, is just what we are going to get!
Buckle Up… Cause we’re off… Off to Neverland!
