I know that Disneyland has strollers for rental that can be taken through the esplanade to both parks, but wanted to know about other companies that have strollers for rent that can be taken to and from the hotel or where ever else we want to go.* We are staying across the street at the Ramada Maingate, and I just really don't want to end up having to carry DD3 back to the hotel after a long day at the park.*
*
I have found a couple of outside vendors for stroller rentals and wanted to see if anyone had tried them or had other suggestions.* So far the companies that I have found are City Stroller Rental, Travel BaBees, and Traveling Baby.
*
Also the companies that have rentals have different types so anyone have any suggestions about which work better for in the parks?* The ones that I am leaning toward are the Baby Jogger City Mini and a BOB.* Thoughts???* We are just doing the parks and maybe some shopping while we are there, no jogging or running, and I do prefer having the basket be accessible.*

You didn't mention how many days you'll be needing the stroller. I peeked at the 1st site you mentioned and I'm just wondering if buying your own stroller down the street at Target would be more cost effective?

I agree that it might be more beneficial to just get your own. You don't need a Bob or BJCM at DLR. I'd go for my fave one for a less than 50-pounder (which I assume would be fine for your DD3), and have it shipped directly to the hotel (or to you so you can use it in the airport).

The best $50 (well $100 for two haha) we ever spent:

http://www.amazon.com/First-Years-I...2GB6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1306570915&sr=8-1

And it has a basket on the bottom, as well as a cup holder and zippered pouch on the top.

We'll only be there for 3 days. Sunday, Monday & Tuesday for the Halloween party.

Thanks for that idea but it just feels wasteful to buy another stroller that I don't need. I do have a nice stroller at home but I'm reluctant to bring with me becaue I have NOT had good luck with gate checking strollers at the airport.

Anyone else have experience?

Hi - although we have not used them yet (we arrive on Sunday) but they answered all my questions. The city mini is great - we own a double one here and are renting two for our trip. They were very good about explaining when it is dropped off and where, etc.

Which company are you using?
