If Disney will allow this then there should be no reason why they wont let Randy Chapman as a photographer come in and snap candid photos for you as well-- considering that both are outside photographers owning their own company-- neither really different from the other. So yes OP, what you suggested in your first post might actually work! The person from that site doesnt seem to be in connection directly with WDW either.
