Off site stay at Swan & Dolphin/ adding magic bands after FP booked

I’m just wondering how I should go about adding my purchased magic bands to MDE. I am a bit worried (read COLD SWEAT AND PANIC!) that I’m going to lose my whole planned vacation including FP and ADR. How best can I prevent this from happening due to website glitching?!?!

Linking magic bands is super easy. None of your fastpasses or anything are actually stored on your magic band. It’s all synced in your MDE account and you can add as many magic bands per person as you want and they will just link to whatever plans you have in your account. You can even have more than one magic band active at the same time.
