The outlets that I make sure to go to every trip are:
The Premium Outlet Mall just outside of DTD. You need to go down Hotel Blvd and out toward Crossroads. Take a right and head down and under I-4. Then take your first left. I don't know the name of the street, but look for the sigh that says Little Lake Bryan. That is the street you need to be on. Head on down past Little Lake Bryan (a condo unit that Disney rents out where lots of CM's stay.) You will pass Mary Queen of the Universe shrine and just past that is the Outlet Mall. I get most of my Disney clothing from this outlet.
I also go to the Belz outlets on International Drive. Take I-4 east toward Universal. Get off the Sand Lake Road exit and take a right. Then take your first left onto International Drive. International Drive has a ton of traffic, but I don't know any other way to go so take it slow and watch for tourists walking out into traffic in the middle of the street. I guess most countries don't have or use croswalks. Head on down all the way to the end of International Drive and the outlets you want are on your left. Don't be fooled by the Belz Premium outlets halfway down the road, you want the ones at the end of the street to the left of the turnaround. I get lots of house stuff here, candles, snowglobes, statues, towels, etc... They have a great choice of clothing too, but I feel the Premier Outlets have newer merchandise.
If you are driving from Up North there is also a Belz outlet off I-95 in St. Augustyn. I always stop there on my way home because I just need one more Disney feeling.
Hope this helps, and see you at the Outlets in September. save me some good stuff. Peggie
