Where to stay 1 night before our stay at Disney. We are flying in late and we do not need anything expensive. How are the hotels near Disney Springs? Thank you

If you are not renting a car, you will have to get your own transportation to a non-Disney hotel and then to your Disney hotel. If so I would do the math on that to see if you don't want to book a Disney value resort.

Disney Springs hotels are overall good options but don't forget to factor in resort fees as many of them have them and parking fees. Rates can range widely based on date, and specials going on ... even offsite.

If you are arriving late and have your own transportation, it's probably best to look outside of Walt Disney World property. Doing that, you can easily avoid parking and/or resort fees.

The new Hilton Garden Inn on Palm Parkway near Disney would be a good choice.

Flying in late to MCO? If so, the Hyatt right there in the airport is very nice and could not be more convenient. In the morning you just wake up, get ready, and walk down to Magical Express.
