Off-site food - signing up for coupons

Hi,

I am sure they used to be a long thread about off-site dining, I can find some smaller threads but I am sure there was a massive one (are they called stickys??) , the reason is that we go next Friday and I would like to email some to see if we get any coupons for whilst we are there (inspired by Dixonstour's $100 per day thread!)

I was about to ask too. It's almost time to sign up

the dining sticky at the top of this forum is full of links. But I was hoping for something more comprehensive, like a list with the perks you get for joining, and stuff like that.
Does such a list even exist ?
