All looks great, but do not miss Town Tavern in Celebration...best onion rings I have ever had...great menu...from beans and weanies to flown in Maine Lobster...
Meat Loaf is to die for!!!

Just want to second the votes for Town Tavern and Columbia in Celebration -- both are excellent.

Columbia is an old-line Spanish (not Cuban) restaurant, originally from the historic Ybor City area of Tampa. Wonderful food, great service. Their "1905 Salad" is so famous it's trademarked, and everything from the top of the menu to the bottom is excellent. It's also moderately priced.

After dinner at any place in Celebration, take the short walk to Kilwin's for amazing ice cream or chocolate.

Wow, thanks for the great post! Of the ones you have listed, I have been to Bonefish Grill several times. LOVE IT--my favorite seafood restaurant even though it is a chain. It does not feel like a chain. They opened a Bonefish near me and I had the same excellent service and food.

Thanks for the reminder that there is a Texas de Brazil in Orlando--I have been to the one in Fort Worth and it was great.

Oh, for a sushi recommendation, I've had sushi from the Kobe Japanese Steakhouse on Palm Parkway--no complaints. I had pretty basic sushi (tuna roll, rainbow roll, etc.) and thought it was good. I've been there twice.

Texas De Brazil is a must do in Orlando. Great food, good price & good atmosphere. Can't be beat if you like meat and a lot of it. As one of my dining partners once said "How can you not like a place that ask's 'More filet mignon?'"
