Katie and I are going to be off-site for two weeks in May (17th-29th). We are debating between the extended stay Studio 6 and the Ramada Maingate (both in Kissimmee). We are spending our evenings at WDW but spending most of the days looking at houses and apartments. Anyone stayed at either place. Studio 6 offers a kitchen so we could cook our own food, but the Ramada looks nicer. Any advice?

studio 6 is part of Motel 6 - so it is not horrible.

ramada inn use to be nice - years ago - have not stayed in it lately - so can't really help.

you know the government tax rebate to get it you must offer a contract by April 30. you don't have to close until June 30 - but you must offer a contract by April 30.

so $8,000 for new buyers or $6,000 for people who own but sold their houses.

is to me alot of money not to take if you can.

Don't know about those but you can check out the TripAdvisor site for reviews.

How about something like this 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer. It has gotten good reviews and looks like your dates are open:

That looks like it may be a little pricey. We wanna try and keep things cheap so we can find a place to rent and pay several months up front. Do you know what that costs at all?
