We also stayed at the Double tree and had no issues with the shuttle. The beds are really comfortable and the staff is really nice. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience.

I completely understand this. I prefer closer as well but sometimes I stay farther away for a cheaper price. I always want the same value though.

We’ve been staying at HomeWood suites convention for a good combo of price, amenities and still walking (little further). But we will be priced but our if we go again as a family because we won’t be staying a week. It’s a significant discount to stay a week or more.
