Off property dining plan?

Not sure if this is the correct board or not, but someone told me that there is a meal plan offered for guests staying off property. I can't seem to find much on the subject, though. Does anyone know anything about this?

There was a trial run, but I'm not sure it's still happening. It was a terrible value, though.

Not anymore, and it was only valid for a handful of QS restaurants anyhow. So it really wasn't a dining plan, IMHO.
