off property babysitting service?

we are staying at the marriot grande vista, considering a dinner out for DH and I on his birthday in the middle of our stay. Ive never had someone we dont know babysit and am unsure what it si like. DD will be 5 1/2, DS 15 months. can anyone recommend an off property service? Or tell me your experiences with this? I wonder if we will even have the energy to go out since it will be our 5th day at the parks!

We've used this service many times on Disney property, but I believe they serve most Orlando area hotels too.

we used www.kidsniteout.com last year and only have good thingsto say about the girl they sent us. She had to deal with 5 yo triplets and did it like a champ. they girls really liked her and still talk about her all the time. It was the first time they were babysat by someone other then my mom and sister. Jennifer(our sitter) was very nice. I would call them in a heartbeat as a matter of fact, we will be booking with them again for this August.

I'll add another vote for Kids Nite Out. I used them during DD's first trip in 2010 when she was 15 months. They were very professional and DD took to her babysitter, a senior nursing student at UCF, immediately! She arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule, I showed her where everything was in our room as well as a basic outline of the resort, and listened patiently while I went down the list (I had only left DD twice before, both times with family).

When I returned at 11:30p, the room was dark, DD was sound asleep in her pack 'n play and her sitter was studying at the table utilizing a small book light. I'm not sure if it's standard procedure or not, but she had a list waiting for me of what they did, what DD ate for dinner and her snack as well as the times her diapers were changed, what time she went to bed, etc.
