Off Disney campus for two families, day 4

Oct. 1, Wed. - We went to Blizzard Beach today and packed loads of food in a cooler. We planned to stay all day. We got there just after opening (10 am) and claimed a picnic table under shelter (just in case it rained) near the kiddie area. We rode the "ski lift" to the top and the family rafts down first thing. Lines weren't long for any slide we wanted to do. We did all but Summit Plummet, so I don't know about that line. 3 oldest kids loved the toboggan racers. They wanted to beat the adults so badly but we were just too heavy to lose Wore ourselves out completely here.

Went home for supper and showers. We went to Downtown Disney and pin traded/shopped. Picked up some more groceries on the way home.
