I am confused. We have stayed at the CR more than once and always had plenty of room. I called today about rooms for Jan or Feb. and was told we could only get adjoining rooms because we had too many people. Did any one else experience this? It was my understanding kids could stay in a room until they were like 17(if you had more than 4 people)? If we have to get 2 rooms, we will have to go the the all stars!! I can't afford 2 CR rooms!!
He also said he's hoping that the rates will be out after next week-he said it's getting hard for them because people are frustrated. So maybe the CM's will put the heat on the higher ups!!:rotfl:

How many kids and what are the ages?

Room capacity at the Contemporary is 5.

I would call back. You can have 5 in the room. You probably got a CM who was misinformed. I had a CM tell me I had to have 2 rooms for my family of 5 at the AKL last year which is also incorrect.

I think all the CR rooms sleep 5 with two queen beds and one day bed. Try another CM.

As long as you have no more then 5 people in a room at the Contemporary, (unless one of them was unde the age of 3) it does not matter the age of your kids.

I saw the other thread you posted on . Your problem is the king bed. You can't fit five in a king bed room. You'll need the room with two queens and a day bed.

Alrighty then!! Thank ya'll so much. I was kind of stunned when he told me that! I wasn't sure what to think!! Maybe we can get some rates in the next 10-12 days!!
