Did you ever notice that there are hardly any vegetarian/pescetarian options for CS in Animal Kingdom? Tusker House is great for Veg/Pesce but what if you just want something quick?

Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't you think a Park devoted to the Animal World would offer more animal-free dining options?

This will be our first trip limiting animal foods (to make a long story short we don't eat factory farmed meats/poultry) I'm trying to get an idea of what we can eat where & am totally shocked that AK is not more veg/pesce friendly.

I'd love to hear how other Veg/Pesce handle AK touring days.

AK is a business catering to guests who are primarily carnivores (Circle of life and all ;)), remember, fish are firends, not food! :rotfl2:

They have meat eating animals and grazing animals, and offer both to their guests

here is the link to the menus :)

They have great veggie egg rolls and the stand near the Flights of Wonder stage on the walkway between Asia and Africa. It's near the bathrooms along there. I love them and I think the cost is something like $1.89 but they are pretty big. And, according to the menus I'm looking at now, there's a fruit market in Africa, Pizzafaria has cheese pizza and on the kids menu (which anyone can get) is mac and cheese, Restaurantosaurus has a veggie burger. Plus all the assorted soft pretzels and popcorn carts around the place.
