We are going to SW in a few weeks. Has anyone seen these two shows before? Which is better? Are they worth seeing?

They're both worth seeing, I prefer Fusion as I find it more entertaining with the Skiers, speedboats, dancing and music, at about 20 minutes it's not a long show, but a fun one.

Odyssea is sortof a cirque show with different sections, actors pretending to be jumping penguins and glow in the dark earthworms, overall it's allright but I find it to be a bit long. Before they had this show they had a show called Cirque de la Mer and even though it wasn't as professionally done as Odyssea, I enjoyed it more as they had a comedian who WAS the show.I would always watch it just to see him entertaining the audience before the show by making fun of people entering the theater.Odyssea also has a comedian but honestly he is VERY lame!!!!

Funny, they were the only 2 shows we missed during our visit last week.

We are regular visitors to SW, and DD and I reallly enjoy Odyssea. We make sure when we have guests that we fit it in, and most have enjoyed it as well. We have caught Fusion only once, but I thought it was a really FUN show!

We have guests in town and are visiting SW this week (with the buy one day get 6 more consecutive day tickets for them!) and I plan on catching both of the shows. We were there yesterday, but made a short day of it - kids did the new Shamu coaster, Wild Artic, and we wandered through Shark Encounter and had lunch at the Shark restaurant!

Did you notice if the schedule showed 2 Shamu Adventure shows yesterday? It was on the show schedule on the website but I never made it down there. Thanks. Here is the link to yesterday's show schedule. Link

Sorry - I did not notice. What is Shamu Adventure? There is nothing at all about it on the map/schedule. I did not notice anything in the park about it, but I did not look at the schedule board at Shamu Stadium...... We are saving Shamu for the next day we go this week!

hmmmm what did we miss? We were gone by then anyway --- my great nephew is not much on touring the parks for long hours, so when we can I try and do things 3-4 hour trips so we don't have a moody boy on our hands.

It's the old Shamu show. Just wondering if they were offering that as well or if it was a schedule mistake. Thanks

Oh - never thought about the name... just called it the Shamu Show!.... since that is the times of the Dining with Shamu, I would almost have to think it was a mistake....

I liked Fusion a lot. It's a fun, upbeat show. Odyssea was OK; I wouldn't make a special trip just to see it but the one thing worth noting is that it's in an air conditioned theater, which is a nice break on a HOT Florida summer afternoon. (The only other show in an air conditioned theater is Pets Ahoy.) Trust me, you'll appreciate it at about 2 in the afternoon.

Can you tell me how long the Odyssea show is?

Thanks :thumbsup2

We gave up on the water-skiing shows at Sea World Orlando...they didn't thrill us anymore. I loved Cirque de la Mer and Odyssea (Odyssea replaced Cirque de la Mer; basically the same show, but different storylines). I'm just fascinated with the acrobatics show, like Cirque du Soleil.
