Odering a birthday cake

My DD2 will be turning 3 during our trip and we wanted to order a cake for our trip to CRT. DD2 is allergic to peanuts and eggs too so this does complicate things. I have looked up numbers to call to place the order but no one ever answers or returns my calls. Has anyone else had trouble? Is there a surefire number or person to call? I don't want to end up emptyhanded. My DD2 will be all Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutiqued too so it should make for some great memories.

Ordering cakes is simple - just call 407-WDW-DINE and they should be able to get that taken care of for you, and have it waiting at the restaurant and brought out by your server. They should note in the computer that you are expecting a cake, but computers are sometimes unreliable, so I would recommend reminding the CM who checks you in for your reservation, just to be safe. I'm not sure as far as the allergies, but WDW is generally very accommadating so I don't think you'll have a problem. Have fun!
