Oddest thing you have ever seen while sitting in traffic?

I once saw a guy, um, how to put this politely, um "taking care of business-his OWN business" He only had one hand on the wheel if you know what I mean. I was about 18 years old and horrified

I saw the same thing once - or more accurately, a bunch of us saw it. I was probably around 14 -15, and we were on a coach bus going on a field trip. Wel, you know how high up those buses are, so we could see down into cars alongside us on the highway, when we suddenly spotted a guy, dressed in a suit, apparently on his way to work...doing, well, what you said... I wonder if he ever realized that a bus full of teenagers saw him...

Today I saw:

1- man shaving (electric not lather and razor)
2- girl on cell phone while putting on make up
3- couple FIGHTING like it was over

And that was just one day

I saw a lady who appeared to be letting her dog drive. The dog was in her lap and all I saw on the wheel were paws.
