I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself obsessively when you're on a diet, BUT out of curiosity I weighed myself this evening after yesterday morning.
Here's the backstory.. Since my weight-loss plan started less then month ago I have lost about 14 pounds. My weight has been pretty steady this week, but when I used the scale today is said I gained about 5 pounds.
You can't gain THAT much weight in a day right? I didn't work out yesterday since it was a 'rest' day, and now I'm feeling guilty. lol
BTW..I put the scale in the closet. (out of sight, out of mind)..lol
